This document presents a comparative performance analysis of different modulation techniques aimed at reducing the peak to average power ratio (PAPR) in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems. It highlights the significance of OFDM in high-speed wireless communications and proposes an amplitude clipping and filtering method to mitigate PAPR while analyzing bit error rate (BER) impacts. Various higher order modulation techniques are examined, including QPSK and QAM, to evaluate their performance in achieving efficient PAPR reduction.
