Proposal 1 DELETE SUPPORT COMMENTS IN RED AFTER WRIING SECTION Centre Name and Number: York College 48357 Student Name and Number: Amy Rose Foster 350633 Project proposal title and date: Silhouette , a photography magazine 28/03/2019 Main area of activity: My medium of work will be photography and graphic design to create my magazine Rationale: In my opinion I think that the previous magazine project will really help me to create my magazine for my final major project as I think that I developed a lot of new skills for example I have become more skilled when it comes to the editing in Photoshop than I previously was. I also think that the planning section in my music video has helped me to acquire the necessary skills to create a good plan and this will be helpful when I plan my magazine. Taking the feedback from the last magazine project will also help me as it tells me that I need to focus on evaluating to a higher standard and I will definitely take this into consideration this time. Project Concept: 200 words approx. For my project I am wanting to create a photography magazine that appeals to different audiences and that has my own photography as I want to incorporate that as well as creating the magazine. I want my magazine to be informative while also being aesthically nice to look at, the theme of my magazine is going to be monochrome with soft pops of colour while still trying to keep a minimalistic theme on going. For this I will need to conduct a series of research towards helping me to create the best magazine possible for example I will create surveys that I can send out to get the best feedback to really find out what my audience want to see, I will also make sure to add in additional things What is the concept for your project and what are you going to make? What research will you need to conduct and how will it help you make your project? How will the project be evaluated and reviewed: 50 words approx. How do you plan to evaluate the work? Reference conducting on-going evaluation (Production Reflections) and your final self-reflection (Evaluation), analysing your work and its outcomes. How will this process help developing your working practices as you continue with your study/media career?
