Existing Product
This magazine that has been portrayed for Spiderman has
utilized bright colors contrasting with darker shades; they
have done this to clearly demonstrate to the audience who
the good guy is. They have done this as well to be able to
sell as many magazines as they could as they have the main
attraction for the audience so they can pull them into buying
the product. Secondly they have made the masthead big
alongside the article photo as well as the headline this we
can clearly see that the poster will be cheap due to them
mainly because they will be trying sell the name of the
company instead of the content inside the magazine. Thirdly
they have portrayed a menu strip for the audience so they
can pull them into buying the magazine as they will have
more to preview and they will be able to sell more of there
products. Finally they have used a plug to pull the target
audience into the magazine.
Existing Product
This magazine of battlefield v has utilised a colour scheme
of bright colours to portray a genre of action. The colours
that have been used in this magazine to illustrate to the
audience that the game is about a war the colour orange/
red colour on the cloak conveys to the audience that this
is fire. They have used this technique of fire to symbolise
destruction and blood to make the magazine look eye
catching for the audience. Furthermore they have used
the colour blue to symbolise hope they have doe this to
make the game/ magazine more interesting and more
interesting for the target audience. Secondly the props
that have been utilised such as the guns further
demonstrates that this is a war and will make the
audience want to see what happens to the character.
Thirdly they have shown that this is a game due to the
masthead as it is so big we can clearly identify that this is
a cheap magazine. Lastly they have managed to pull the
audience into the product again with the use of anchorage
this has been used as the audience is given a little bit
detail about the game to pull the audience into the
product.

This magazine has utilised a colour scheme of dark colours
such as black to symbolise danger and destruction, they
have done this to draw the audience into buying the
product. This colour scheme of black and the operators
wearing masks makes it seem very dangerous and a easy for
the audience to identify this products genre as an action.
They have made these characters where masks to create n
elusion of mystery and secretive. Secondly due to the
masthead the audience can easily see what this type of
product is for as they have made it very big we can tell that
this will be a cheap magazine to purchase as they have
made everything big. Thirdly they have used a menu strip to
sell the another product that they have made so they can
make as much money as they can from this magazine.
