This magazine covers shows a lot of detail towards
the battlefield 1 video game. The cover shows a
huge 1 with a character coming out of it to spark
the interest in the reader. Under this it shows a
bold BATTLEFIELD to give a headline of the main
attraction of the magazine. The image and text is
outlined on the right side with an orange glow to
give effect and make the image stand out more.
The top gives a question to interest the reader to
wonder the opinion/ answer of the question.
Giving the question is COD: infinite warfare a leap
too far? Gives the impression that the will give a
certain opinion of what they think of the video
game instead of hyping it up. Under the
battlefield text it gives bulletpoints of what you
can read about the new battlefield inside. This
helps the reader know if the game is purchasable
and a good buy. The magazine showcases the
consoles/media the magazine cover during
reading. This is helpful to know a certain media
you will get to know about during reading.
Existing Product
The product little player showcases that the
magazine is aimed towards children. At the top it
has a website to visit to get more information on
the magazine. This is shown to let kids continue
to get more of these magazines. Making the word
little gives a astatically pleasing look to engage
children to want to pick it up. Children love things
that are colourful and bright. Under the little
player text there is a tiny part that says digital
edition. This makes children want to go for this
magazine as they can buy it online and use it. This
also appeals to adults as they don’t have t go to a
certain store and purchase it making it easier for
them to get this magazine over any other. They
used a cinematic shot of the new zelda: breath of
the wild nintendo switch game to showcase how
nice the game looks. Using lighting of the clouds
shine off of link makes the game seem very
pleasing and look very nice. This interests the
reader as the picture looks cool therefore must
be a good magazine. Using a picture as the seller
interest children more than text does as children
are not very likely to read.

This magazine showcases a different style to
interest the reader. The magazine shows a
very cool art piece to showcase the game
instead of talking about it. The image shows
references to the game for example the
lightsabers at the bottom to show lightsaber
battles. Changing the retro text to fit in
towards the topic is astatically pleasing to
see and makes you want to pick it up as the
have put so much detail on the front
therefore they must have a lot of detail
inside of the magazine. The magazine has
only used the image to catch the eye as
there is no text apart from the name of the
magazine. This gives an interesting thought
towards the reader to purchase it as there is
wonder towards what is inside

– I will include the bright catchy artworks on the front
