• Conducting New Hire Orientation program to educate associates about the HR policies
and procedures, culture & value session.
• Addressing the issues and queries of the new recruits related to generic areas.
• Regularly interacting with BU heads, HR Leadership and associates to identify and plan
for various training programs for fresher & lateral recruits.
• Ownership of HR process- Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits,

needs and the candidate's skills and experience. .
 Time Office Functions:
• Checking attendance & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports of On-Roll Employees etc.
• Off-Roll Manpower Management includes verification of Attendance & Wage bills etc.
 Rolling out Policies & Execution:
As per the organizations need and goal periodically preparing and rolling out the new
policies. Owing the responsibility for the execution of the same.
 Training & Development:
Taking awareness classes on benefits available with PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Scheme,
Medicalm Policy, Accidental insurance policy etc.
 Payroll Processing:
• Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires,
employee information changes, Loans, Advances, Adhoc Payments, and Reimbursements
etc. as per Pay Roll Advice Format.
• Salary statement generation and coordinating with bank for opening of salary account of
Associates, generating Employee Pay slips through the system & Distribution.
• Coordinating with payroll team for pre-auditing the Payroll for zero error & Management
Approval.
• Coordinating with payroll for generating – PF, ESIC no.
 Performance Management / Appraisals:
• Planning and timely completion of midyear and annual performance reviews.
• Preparing Confirmations / Promotions/ Increments.
• Distributing and documentation of annual appraisal letters in personal files of employees.

 Employee Relations:
• Resolving employee grievances in a prompt manner and develop faith in employees towards

• Arranging exit interviews & handling all formalities after resignation like FFS.

b) SALARY AND WAGES ADMINISTRATION: -
