Company Introduction
MGI Infra Pvt Ltd. Is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization which was
incorporated in the year 2011 by a group of experienced professionals from the
field of design and construction with a motive to provide green and fast track
construction technology across India covering all types of building solutions.
We provide a wide range of modular buildings including residential townships,
commercial complexes, hospitals, treatment centers, , etc. MGI’s fast track facilities
are designed as permanent buildings with a structural design life of 60 years and can
be used for permanent or interim requirements. We are able to offer a full design
and supply service, including architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural
solutions, and therefore can provide a turnkey package for all healthcare needs. Our
steel framed modular buildings give you the greatest design flexibility together with
unrivalled freedom of appearance, use and layout.

Director-Marketing
Vidur is an M.B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University, U.S.A, where he specialized in
Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy. Before getting into business
Vidur worked for Ernst & Young in India for 3 years. and he joined his family business
where he was managing day to day operations of the company. At MGI Infra Pvt Ltd, he is
spearheading the Marketing and Business Development efforts of the company and at the
same time is directing Design and Estimation departments of the company.

Vijay has more than Fifteen years of experience in Engineering and Construction industry.
Vijay is actively involved in looking after various aspects of MGI Construction operations.
Vijay is responsible for Construction and delivery of all Client Projects. He is extensively
involved in Bidding, Design and Project management and execution currently and in his
past assignments. Before joining MGI Infra Vijay was heading and diligently monitoring the
operations of various business units for IDES and CEC. Vijay is an Engineering Graduate and
has done management development program from IIM-Calcutta.

Director-HR and Procurement
Arvind is an MBA and carries people management experience in Engineering,
Construction, Consultancy, Power and Software industries. He is an enterprising and
result-driven Human Resources Professional with multifaceted and growing experience in
Human Resource Management across different verticals. He has been leading the HR
function at the corporate level to ensure high level of support to the business teams
through effective and Timely implementation of Processes and Policies. He is responsible
for HR and Procurement for the company.
Director-Finance
Hitesh is an M.B.A. from the Georgia State University; Atlanta, U.S.A. He is richer with
experience of having worked with Ernst & Young India for 3 years. Hitesh has also interned
with JP Morgan Chase in their CMBS service line as part of the securitization team. He
joined the family business of developing townships in Rajasthan region. He used his
entrepreneurial faculties in setting up new business line of Organic foods establishing a
strong brand Orgavita that is available in many organized retail chains. He is a true
businessman and with his rich and varied experience, he is taking care of Finance and
Accounts for the Company.

HR and Employment Policies
• Working days & Timing – Mon- Sat (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
• Week offs – Sunday’s and 2nd
Saturday of every month
• Dress Codes :- Monday to Friday (Formals), Saturday ( Regular casuals)
• Leave Policies :- Every year an employee is entitled for following leaves:-
1. Earned Leave/ Privileged Leave – 15 days (Annually)
2. Casual Leave - 6 days (Annually)
3. Medical Leave – 6 days (Annually)
4. Maternity Leave – 12 weeks
5. Paternity Leave – 5 days
• Leaves more than one day would be treated as Earned leave.
• Casual and Earned leaves should be approved. For any leaves exceeding 2 days should be
approved by the Business Head at least two weeks prior.
• In case employee goes on leave which is not approved it would be considered as ABSENT.
ABSENTISM for the number of days would be considered Leave without Pay (LWP).
HR and Employment Policies
• Attendance System :- Employees working in HO or in Pune office have to enter their daily
attendance in the attendance register with IN and OUT timings and their signature.
• Employees are also required to punch-in their attendance in the Biometric Attendance.
• For site employees daily attendance would be recorded by the respective Site Engineer and
the same would be monitored by respective Project Managers.
• Any employee who does not report to office for more than 15 days without any
communication to their Managers and to the HR Dept. the employee would be considered as
Absconded and would not be entitled and also cannot claim for any arrears or remuneration.
• Probation period:- From the date of joining the employee would be on Probationary period
for Six months, post which the employee would be a permanent employee by default. No
formal letter is issued to the employee on completion of the Probationary period.
• The Probation period of the employee may get extended depending on the observation and
recommendation of the reporting manager.
• During the Probation period the employee is entitled for his leaves and other benefits as per
company policies.
HR and Employment Policies
• Annual Holidays :- All employees of the company shall be entitled to Ten Annual holidays in a
calendar year. Company holiday list for any calendar year shall be circulated by HR
Department in first week of December every year.
• Comp Off:- The Employees due to some emergency of work, working on an Official Holiday
with prior written approval of the reporting manager shall be entitled to a Compensatory Off,
on any day of the week as per the schedule/roaster with the prior approval of Management.
This compensatory off may be on any day of the week and should be availed within next two
weeks.
• Employee records :- Every employee is obligated to submit photocopies of their educational
documents, work experience certificates, references, residential and id proofs to the HR Dept.
for company records. Employees should also co-operate if the HR Dept. requires any further
details.
• Exit Formality :- Any employee wishing to leave the company has to send the resignation
email to the reporting manager keeping cc the respective Director and the HR dept. On
acceptance of the resignation the employee has to serve minimum one month notice period.
The employee also need to complete the handover formalities.

Performance Management
Systems
• MGI Infra Pvt Ltd. Strives to motivate and create a lively working environment with
career growth opportunities for its employees.
• Employees are given here the leverage and freedom to excel in their respective
domains.
• Performance of the employee is monitored by their reporting managers on quarterly
basis.
• Based on the quarterly performance the employee is given ratings. Although
Performance Based Incentive (PBI) is not applicable for Junior Management level
employees but the company would be soon planning to implement the same.
• PBI is applicable for Managerial level employees and PBI is disbursed on quarterly
basis. The ratings are subjective to the reporting managers or Director’s ratings.
• Annual Performance evaluation forms are rolled out to the respective directors for
annual performance appraisals. Based on the ratings the employee gets the annual
increment.

At MGI Infra Pvt Ltd, he is spearheading the Marketing and Business Development efforts of the company and at the same time is directing Design and Estimation departments of the company. Director-Operations Vijay has more than Fifteen years of experience in Engineering and Construction industry. Vijay is actively involved in looking after various aspects of MGI Construction operations. Vijay is responsible for Construction and delivery of all Client Projects. He is extensively involved in Bidding, Design and Project management and execution currently and in his past assignments. Before joining MGI Infra Vijay was heading and diligently monitoring the operations of various business units for IDES and CEC. Vijay is an Engineering Graduate and has done management development program from IIM-Calcutta.

He is an enterprising and result-driven Human Resources Professional with multifaceted and growing experience in Human Resource Management across different verticals. He has been leading the HR function at the corporate level to ensure high level of support to the business teams through effective and Timely implementation of Processes and Policies. He is responsible for HR and Procurement for the company. Director-Finance Hitesh is an M.B.A. from the Georgia State University; Atlanta, U.S.A. He is richer with experience of having worked with Ernst & Young India for 3 years. Hitesh has also interned with JP Morgan Chase in their CMBS service line as part of the securitization team. He joined the family business of developing townships in Rajasthan region. He used his entrepreneurial faculties in setting up new business line of Organic foods establishing a strong brand Orgavita that is available in many organized retail chains. HR and Employment Policies • Working days & Timing – Mon- Sat (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM) • Week offs – Sunday’s and 2nd Saturday of every month • Dress Codes :- Monday to Friday (Formals), Saturday ( Regular casuals) • Leave Policies :- Every year an employee is entitled for following leaves:- 1. Earned Leave/ Privileged Leave – 15 days (Annually) 2. Casual Leave - 6 days (Annually) 3. Medical Leave – 6 days (Annually) 4. Maternity Leave – 12 weeks 5. Paternity Leave – 5 days • Leaves more than one day would be treated as Earned leave. • Casual and Earned leaves should be approved. For any leaves exceeding 2 days should be approved by the Business Head at least two weeks prior. • In case employee goes on leave which is not approved it would be considered as ABSENT. ABSENTISM for the number of days would be considered Leave without Pay (LWP).
  • 12. HR and Employment Policies • Attendance System :- Employees working in HO or in Pune office have to enter their daily attendance in the attendance register with IN and OUT timings and their signature. • Employees are also required to punch-in their attendance in the Biometric Attendance. • For site employees daily attendance would be recorded by the respective Site Engineer and the same would be monitored by respective Project Managers. • Any employee who does not report to office for more than 15 days without any communication to their Managers and to the HR Dept. the employee would be considered as Absconded and would not be entitled and also cannot claim for any arrears or remuneration. • Probation period:- From the date of joining the employee would be on Probationary period for Six months, post which the employee would be a permanent employee by default. No formal letter is issued to the employee on completion of the Probationary period. • The Probation period of the employee may get extended depending on the observation and recommendation of the reporting manager. • During the Probation period the employee is entitled for his leaves and other benefits as per company policies.
  • 13. HR and Employment Policies • Annual Holidays :- All employees of the company shall be entitled to Ten Annual holidays in a calendar year. Company holiday list for any calendar year shall be circulated by HR Department in first week of December every year. • Comp Off:- The Employees due to some emergency of work, working on an Official Holiday with prior written approval of the reporting manager shall be entitled to a Compensatory Off, on any day of the week as per the schedule/roaster with the prior approval of Management. This compensatory off may be on any day of the week and should be availed within next two weeks. • Employee records :- Every employee is obligated to submit photocopies of their educational documents, work experience certificates, references, residential and id proofs to the HR Dept. for company records. Employees should also co-operate if the HR Dept. requires any further details. • Exit Formality :- Any employee wishing to leave the company has to send the resignation email to the reporting manager keeping cc the respective Director and the HR dept. On acceptance of the resignation the employee has to serve minimum one month notice period. The employee also need to complete the handover formalities.

Although Performance Based Incentive (PBI) is not applicable for Junior Management level employees but the company would be soon planning to implement the same. • PBI is applicable for Managerial level employees and PBI is disbursed on quarterly basis. The ratings are subjective to the reporting managers or Director’s ratings. • Annual Performance evaluation forms are rolled out to the respective directors for annual performance appraisals.
