Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. Since 1979, Sun and Sand Sports

Position: HR Officer (UAE and GCC)
Duration: June 1, 2010 till date
Roles and Responsibilities:
 End to end recruitment cycle.
 Conduct/arrange HR induction for new employees in conjunction with training department,
and advice candidates on:
a. Various HR policy, procedures and forms.
b. Medical Insurance details.
c. Assist and Compile new employee joining forms needed for HR file.
d. Bank account opening.
 Administer employee departure process:
a. Handle complete formalities of resignation, termination and non-renewal.
b. Conduct exit interviews.
c. Interview analysis and report.
d. Assist employee by liaising with concerned department for timely clearance in
compliance with company policies.
 Action on various employee service requests and processing all types of employee letters.
 Prepare disciplinary letters to employees as per the advice of department
head/management.
 Generating weekly/monthly HR reports as advised by the management.
 Administer Disciplinary and Grievances issues of employees and investigate cases where
deemed necessary.

 Coordinate and communication with departments on matters related to new recruitment
and employee relations.
 Interact and assist employees with all HR related request and guide them to proper
channel.

Position: HR Assistant (UAE and GCC)
Duration: October 1, 2010 to May 31, 2010
 Assist HRD in all sort of clerical support function.
 Administer employee file:
*A sole custodian of HR Employee file.
*Creating employee file for all new employees.
*Ensure all the files are maintained with same standard at all time.
*Ensure employee files are accessible to only authorized HR team or top management.
*Ensure privacy of employee details at all time.
*Ensure all employee documents are filed in appropriate folders prescribed within.
 Administer employee passport return process:
*Liaise with employee for passport return.
*Track employee passport request and produce appropriate transaction reports for the
management on weekly / monthly basis.
*Follow-up with employee on passport return.
 Prepare communication to Govt. Relations Division for employee visa renewal.
 Coordinate with employee for Visa and passport renewal process.
 Check employee air ticket entitlement eligibility based on the leave application.
 Coordinate with PRO team for Labour & Visa cancellation process for leaving employees.
 Coordinate with employees for EID application/ renewals
Position: Payroll Assistant (UAE and GCC)
Duration: July 13, 2008 to September 30, 2010
 Assist HRD – payroll in sort of clerical function.
 Maintaining End to End attendance for all the employees.
 Verifying the weekly manually summary attendance with biometric attendance on a day to
day and location basis and entering the absence accordingly in the HR System.
 Employee transfers to be effective based on Operations requirement in Biometrics and
synthesis on day to day.
 Entering and maintaining the summary sheet of attendance after the verification of
biometrics with the manual summary sheets verification for updating payroll and timesheets
verification.
 Creating and registering the finger id for the New staff.
 Creating New locations in biometric if any.
 Updating HR system with employee master data & generate employee code for new
employee.
 Maintaining and downloading the data of attendance and access card in the biometrics on
daily basis.
 Handling entire employee attendance and other general queries related to payroll.
 Preparing the attendance for Incentive purpose based on location target achievements.
 Process and verify all types of leave in HR system.
 Process all types of deductions from salary. Verify payroll data and ensure accuracy.
 Duty Resumption entries in HR system along with the Biometric verification for DOJ &
checking their status in the system to release the salary.
 Issuing access and parking cards to the new employee in HO.
 Printing, packing and distribution of the employee payslips monthly location wise.
