Development, & MIS for the complete group
• Maintaining PISs (Personal Information System), Resignation clearance and settlement procedure
• Participating in formulation of HR policies & programs and update the policy as and when rolled-out
• Redesigning certain company forms related to various HR Processes like Interview Evaluation Sheet, Employment Application
Form, and Exit Interview Form
Compensation & Benefits:
• Providing details to consultants on account of addition and deletion in Personal Accident Policy and Medi Claim Policy
• Intimating consultant for getting the benefit of Personal Accident Policy & Medi Claim Policy for any employee
• Ensuring employee welfare, safety, wellness and health with active involvement in the development and implementation of
policy documents and handbooks for employee reference
• Conducting analysis of compensation and benefits within company; preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions,
and salary scale
IR Functions & Employee Relationships/ HR Functions:
• Surveying organizational employees for assess employee motivation, expectation & grievances to plan for remediation
• Maintaining all records like Muster Roll / Wages Payment/Salary registers; controlling exit formalities

Payroll Processing:
• Generating different types of monthly MIS reports like attendance leave status report & payroll
• Preparing pay slips with regard to designing break-up of gross salary and Statutory deductions such as PF,ESI and others
entailing leave deductions and so on, along with the conveyance and travel claim and salary disbursements
Training & Development
• Leading employee training and development division by monitoring competency grids and identifying training needs for skill /
competency up-gradation
Performance Appraisal
• Developing and implementing performance appraisal process enterprise-wide, improved employee skills and motivation;
crafting and implementing internal performance evaluation process enterprise-wide
Welfare & Administration
• Monitoring plant administration like canteen, transport, security, plantation; supervising time office administration entailing
