needs to made, Preparing
a) Arrangement of timely pick up/drop during day of arrival and their after.
d) Sitting arrangement at office and arrangement of stationary required if any.
• Preparing welcome and send it to all employees by email. Preparing induction
schedule and it to all concern on the first day of joining..
Maintaining MIS Reports:
• Responsible for employee-related database and documentation HR related MIS like
employee master, salary master, head count report etc.
• Responsible for issuing IDcards, Visiting cards and recording thumb impression of
employees.
• Maintaining Weekly MIS report.
• Responsible for maintenance, updating, and reviewing in recruitment status report
Reporting: Directly reporting to Director and HR Manager of the company, attending
meetings, MOM of the meetings.
Time Office: Attendance administration:
• Software Geon Systems/Biometric punch In-Time Out-Time Registration and
Processing the monthly and total work hours reports.
• Keep track of attendance and leave entitlements of employees, by completing the
Leave forms and update.
• Tracking time keeping of all employees. Incoming /Outgoing/Short leave/OD/Late
Coming. Preparing daily report of attendance and presenting it to HR Manager. High
