Sep 2011 to24th Mar 2014.
• Worked as a Sr. Executive [HR-Generalist/Compliance] in SNS INDUSTRIES, (ISO 9001:
2000 Certified Company), Peenya, Bangalore between Apr’2011 to 15th
Sep 2011.
• Worked as an HR Executive/compliance in Silver Crest Clothing Private Limited
(100% EOU), Malur between Sep ’07 to Mar’2011.
Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Operations- Generalist:
• Taking care of joining formalities of the newly joined employees.
• Conducting and monitoring the on-boarding process of new employees and their joining
formalities.
• Briefing about the company's HR policy’s and socialization of new employee.
• Conducting Orientation program for new recruits.
• Preparing Salary Structures, Issuing the Appointment Letter.
• Carrying out exit interviews so as to know the trend and check the attrition rate.
• Preparing and Issuing Promotion, Increment and Transfer letters to the employees.
• Administering all HR processes with support from Management.
• Preparing Presentations for our employees for Induction and Training.
• Coordinating with Insurance Company for Workmen Compensation Policy and
reimbursement of Mediclaim.
Payroll Processing:
• Collecting the attendance from different sites in an Excel sheet & cross checking with
leave records and updating the same in the payroll software for further salary
calculations.
• Maintain and update various databases like recovery, loan, holiday working, advances,
new joiners Arrears, OT, Incentives, Ex-Gratia, exits info, etc.
• Taking Care of routine Tax planning Co-ordination for the Employees.
• Preparing FNF Settlements as per their last working day & settling the same.
• Coordination with banks for salary transfer.
• Generating of various reports as per requirement.
Compliance:
• Providing and maintaining facilities like, Drinking water, Rest Room, First AID, and
Crèche.
• Monitoring employee’s welfare facilities, Canteen services as per feedback received from
employees’ satisfaction.
• Regular monitoring of shop floor work environment, ensure good employee relations/
discipline/ redressal of grievance for high productivity.
• Coordinating statutory inspections and ensure compliances of observation, timely
statutory payments and submission of returns.
• Ensuring effective liasioning and maintaining constant and cordial relationship with the
external statutory bodies for co-operation in fulfilling the organizational needs.
• Regular plant visit and ensuring good housekeeping.
• Monitoring Safety measures like, Helmets, Gloves, Masks, Shoes, Lighting Facilities,
Validation of Machines, Exhaust Fans, Fire Extinguish.
• Arranging Training programs to get awareness of the safety, welfare & International
Standards.
• Arranging and Organizing committee meetings
• Maintaining MIS regards to new joiners, collecting Declaration forms and submitting to
the Local Office to get the ESIC No’s, disbursing the Permanent Cards and processing for
ESIC PEHCHAN CARD.
• Maintaining MIS and Submitting the New Joiner’s (FORM 2) RDF to Dept.
• Preparation of Monthly, Half yearly, and Annual returns under, Contract Labour, ESIC,
EPF, PT, LWF, Bonus Act and Rules.
• Maintaining all kind of Statutory Documents for the outsourced employees under various
applicable Labour Laws. Like Contract Labour, ESIC, EPF, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and
Payment of Wages, Maternity, and Factories Act. And so on…
• Coordinating for PF Withdrawal forms and disbursing the cheque to the concerned
employees.
Day to Day Activities:
• Preparing monthly head count report, i.e. Addition/ Deletion Report for Insurance.
All HR related requirements and ensuring quick redressal of queries, grievances, and
escalations thus own smooth execution of HR processes
• Grievance handling by close interaction with the employees on personal basis.
• Arranging for staff parties/picnics, family get to gather, & other recreational/motivational
activities.
• Sending birthday mails, tenure completion mails and celebrating festivals
• Maintaining of employee database, leave status of employees, absenteeism report, late
coming report, exit report, and Personnel files
• Summary of salary / wages, i.e. Master DATA of each employee.
• Other reports falling within the purview of HR activities as and when required.
• Preparing, maintain and updating various communication letters such as joining, exit,
promotion, transfer, loan, advance, termination, employee contract, etc.
• Planning forecasting with internal team for Manpower.
• Conduct telephonic interviews (preliminary Screening)/ Correspond with applicants,
conduct interviews.
• Coordinating the new employee with Company background, Organization structure, HR
polices & benefits, agreements and code of conduct.
