 Recruitment and Joining Formalities.
• I work closely with Recruiters, Onboarding Team, Consultants and BU HRs.
• Recruitment, Induction, Orientation of new Joinee and complete joining formalities. KRA Preparation
and implementation.
• Processing of Payroll about 350 Employees and above employees including PF, PT, LWF Employee onboarding.

the same against resource market availability.
• Handling the entire recruitment life cycle starting from job requirement gathering till on boarding the
resource.
 Payroll Management
• Handling Focus Software for end to end process in HRM.
• Conducting regular meetings with leads and functional managers for forecast attrition, thereby
taking measures to control the attrition.
• To audit all contract registers, license, PF challan etc on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Payroll for all Plant and HO Staff
• Handling Leave Records of onroll Employees.
• Quarterly provisioning – Bonus / Leave Encashment / Variable Pay
• Grievance Resolution for onroll & offroll
• Handling Full and Final Settlement.
• Updating monthly Organisation Structure.
• Relieving Letters & Salary certificates on the day of relieving.
• Handling PF and other legal compliances for the company, Updating monthly PF and PT MIS, and
sending to consultant for PF challans.
• Managing the payroll functions for HO and Factory - Managers, Field Officers, Officers, Staff and
Guards, Contract Labors, Security, Housekeeping, etc
• Handling grievances of employees in terms of Compensation & Benefits.
• Leave & attendance management process for payroll.
• Maintaining / updating all base-reports for MIS, maintenance / updation / checking of employee
master data / manpower MIS.
 Industrial Relations
• Dealing with both labour contractor and conduct periodic reviews/ Qty. meetings with contractor to

• Maintain discipline in Factory Premises. Rules and Regulation are framed for maintain discipline in the

 Performance Appraisals
• Drafting Self Assessment forms for all Grades.
• Handled Performance Mgmt System for OIA, starting from KRAs setting; Mid Year Review; Final
Appraisal; Normalisation and inputs of PMS for Promotion cases and Training Need Identification
• Initiating rewards & recognition programmes & implementing incentive system for employee
motivation.
 SOP and DOP
• SOP / DOP (HR Policies) – Following entire SOP (Standard Operating process) and DOP (Delegation
of Powers) Proceess and also explaining new joinees regarding the entire process of approvals.
Updating Employee Handbook, HR policies and ensuring the effective implementation throughout
the organization.
 Training & Development
• Identifying training needs and preparation of training modules, calendar, schedules & batches for
imparting training and measurement of effectiveness.
• Budgeting & organizing customized training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance
the manpower skills & efficiency.
 Employee Relations & Engagement
• Facilitated HR helpdesk providing understanding on disciplinary matters, grievances, change

KRA Preparation and implementation. • Processing of Payroll about 350 Employees and above employees including PF, PT, LWF Employee onboarding. Joining and Exit formalities. • Offer Generation is about giving attention to detail on the information provided by Recruiters for the candidates : Creating, extending offer to the candidates and finally closing the hire process. • Induction role includes making the onboarding process for new joiners smooth and quick, inducting them and explaining them about my company in detail and also facilitating them on the important links and policies. • Working with Business units, Resource Managers, Hiring and Project Managers for their Resource requirement and Understand the job specification of the requirement; analyze the feasibility to fulfill the same against resource market availability. • Handling the entire recruitment life cycle starting from job requirement gathering till on boarding the resource.  Payroll Management • Handling Focus Software for end to end process in HRM. • Conducting regular meetings with leads and functional managers for forecast attrition, thereby taking measures to control the attrition. • To audit all contract registers, license, PF challan etc on monthly basis. • Preparation of Payroll for all Plant and HO Staff • Handling Leave Records of onroll Employees.
  • 3. • Quarterly provisioning – Bonus / Leave Encashment / Variable Pay • Grievance Resolution for onroll & offroll • Handling Full and Final Settlement. • Updating monthly Organisation Structure. • Relieving Letters & Salary certificates on the day of relieving. • Handling PF and other legal compliances for the company, Updating monthly PF and PT MIS, and sending to consultant for PF challans. • Managing the payroll functions for HO and Factory - Managers, Field Officers, Officers, Staff and Guards, Contract Labors, Security, Housekeeping, etc • Handling grievances of employees in terms of Compensation & Benefits. • Leave & attendance management process for payroll. • Maintaining / updating all base-reports for MIS, maintenance / updation / checking of employee master data / manpower MIS.  Industrial Relations • Dealing with both labour contractor and conduct periodic reviews/ Qty. meetings with contractor to • audit their records. PF Challans, Salary register Muster roll etc. • Maintain discipline in Factory Premises. Rules and Regulation are framed for maintain discipline in the organization.  Performance Appraisals • Drafting Self Assessment forms for all Grades. • Handled Performance Mgmt System for OIA, starting from KRAs setting; Mid Year Review; Final Appraisal; Normalisation and inputs of PMS for Promotion cases and Training Need Identification • Initiating rewards & recognition programmes & implementing incentive system for employee motivation.  SOP and DOP • SOP / DOP (HR Policies) – Following entire SOP (Standard Operating process) and DOP (Delegation of Powers) Proceess and also explaining new joinees regarding the entire process of approvals. Updating Employee Handbook, HR policies and ensuring the effective implementation throughout the organization.  Training & Development • Identifying training needs and preparation of training modules, calendar, schedules & batches for imparting training and measurement of effectiveness. • Budgeting & organizing customized training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.  Employee Relations & Engagement • Facilitated HR helpdesk providing understanding on disciplinary matters, grievances, change management and counseling, conflict resolution payroll. • Recreation Activities – Every week Quiz competition, Celebrating Festivals and Days, Celebration of Employees Birthday, Team Outings, Organizing Games & Fun Activities, etc.
  • 4. • Conducting employee satisfaction survey & propose action plans. • Encouraging employees to inviting suggestions in open house. • Initiating & implementing suggestion box scheme, incentive scheme, best employee award scheme & other extra curricular activities. • Monthly OIA Issuse : Also involved in everymonth issues of “OIA pulse” with full coordination with all department heads and giving all the information to PR team.
