• Managing compensation and benefits administration operations in India, including oversight to
associated compliance and statutory reporting activities.
• Coordinating with GHR Centers of Expertise and other corporate groups to operationalize (end-to-end)
global, regional and local policies, programs and regulatory requirements into the daily operations of
GHR Shared Services. as well as global, regional and local outsourced administrative vendors.

• Ensuring correct statutory and payroll treatment of inbound and outbound assignees and short term
business visitors via liaison with Global Mobility & external tax consultant.
• Ensure effective documentation is in place and regularly updated to account for changes in process and
legislation.
• Draft policies and look after the Compensation & Benefits structure of the organization.
• Reviewing processes to ensure a proactive approach to continuous improvement, operational
efficiency and risk mitigation.

• Auditing the employee personnel files, payroll process by preparing a detailed project plan and
tracking to lead it to successful external audit.
