Manpower Planning
 Regular monitoring & deployment of Temporary workforce as per requirement and fill the gap by other recourse to
achieve the target of the company.
Training & Development
 Conducting Training need Survey for each position in order to identify the training programs required to fulfill the
knowledge & skill requirement against that position.
 Designing the Training Calendar and arranging the Logistics
 To schedule the Development Centers and monitor the Individual Development Plan for the Critical & Valued
Talents of the Organization.
 Liaising with internal/ external resources to identify training courses that match business needs
 Administration of the L&D Documentation
 Executing Learning and Development initiatives and activities for all roles in the organization
 Maintaining the Training MIS on quarterly Basis and presenting to the Management

 Forecasting long term manpower requirement in view of growth plans of the company, attrition other natural

 Identifying a pool of employees down the line to fill up the upcoming vacancies (critical vacancies)
 Training the pool of employees in line with Job Description & Job Specification of the upcoming critical vacancies.
 Filling up of vacancies through external sources if required.
Joining & Induction
 End to end processing of all the pre-joining & post-joining formalities ensuring adherence to timelines.
 Inducting all new joiners for familiarization with the processes.
 Ensuring communication to all employees about the New Joiner.
Health, Safety & Environment
 Ensuring 100% PPE, s And health check up of all the employees as per law & Health Policy of the company.
 Analysis of cases with abnormalities in health reports as well as cases who are on borderline of the normal range.
 Scheduling counseling sessions for High Risk Members (Borderline cases)
 Regular monitoring & frequent check-up of cases with abnormalities in health report.
 Regular observation of unsafe acts & unsafe conditions & taking corrective action thereof.
 Conducting Monthly Safety Meetings & increasing awareness of Safety legislations.
Reward & Recognition
 Administering different schemes in line with annual budget for the same.
 Assessment & scrutiny of the nominations received from various sections as per the Company Policy.
 Distribution of award ceremoniously.
Welfare
 Ensuring all basic amenities is provided as per law.

Contract Labour Management

Event Management

Time Office Function
 Ensuring smooth administration of Wages & Salary of all the employees.
 Ensuring updation of leave records, attendance, muster roll & other records.
 Data generation for monitoring Absenteeism, Late Coming etc.
Managing Absenteeism
 Regular monitoring of Department wise Absenteeism & Leave data.
 Creating awareness among shop floor officers about exercising their rights to grant/deny leave as per production
requirement & hereby ensuring that department wise sanctioned leave is within limits.
 Ensuring immediate disciplinary actions for absenteeism cases.
Disciplinary Matters
 End to end processing of disciplinary matters – drafting of Advisory Note, Show Cause Notices, Charge sheets etc,
conducting enquiries, deciding upon appropriate action.
 Ensuring adherence to the various provisions of the Standing Orders Act & the applicable Model Standing Orders.
 Handling of Domestic Enquiries ensuring Principles of Natural Justice.
Liaising work
 Representing Management in Labour Office, Pf Office, Esi Office Director of Factory
Electricity office, Police, Vigilance, & Local politician.
Contract Labour Management
 Ensuring Bona fide Contracts (Agreements) with the concerned parties.
 Ensuring timely renewal of all Annual Contracts.
 Regulating Contractual Manpower as per requirement while maintaining the ratio of fixed vs. variable manpower.
 Ensuring Compliances as per the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
Casual Manpower Management
 Recruitment of casual manpower.
 Training of casual manpower and decide the work in line.
 Salary preparation and disbursement for the same.
 Separation process of the casual manpower after completing his decide time
Union & Grievance Handling
 Negotiating with Union Committee Executives to ensure harmonious relationship between management &
employees.
 Handling Grievances & day to day problems of workers to prevent disputes that may adversely affect production.
Canteen
 Daily monitoring of department wise available manpower to ensure that sufficient Snacks & Food is provided to
all.
 Regular Monitoring of Cutlery & Number of Service guys required for timely distribution of snacks & meal/dinner.
 Ensure Monthly meetings of Canteen Committee to review the contents and/or quality of food.
 Ensure healthy & nutritious diet for all in consultations with dietician.
Employee Engagement Programs
 Partnering with agencies for conducting employee engagement surveys & designing of the questionnaire.
 Driving the Employee engagement programs for workers & ensuring maximum coverage.
 Analyzing the survey results & working out the action plan for improvement in engagement scores.
 Monitoring the progress of the action plan with timely bottom-up communication.
Performance Management System
 Ensuring Goal Setting through integrated approach to Balance Score Card and Vision/Mission statement of the
company.
 Ensuring Mid-year Reviews on time for addressing conflicts (if any) in goals & targets of the employees and also
providing constructive & actionable feedback for achieving goals.
 Annual Performance assessment through analyzing individual performance w.r.t. set goals and ensuring that
