Job Description (Feb, 2014 to Till Date)
Manpower Planning & Recruitment:-
With the coordination of corporate talent team drive the recruitment process as per company
policy. Identify sourcing and screening strategy for right candidate is on boarded.
Conduct interview and close positions as per agreed TAT. Update recruitment tracker on daily
basis and provide daily/weekly/month report to senior the management.
MIS: -
Prepare and keep the track records of master files for employees. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly
new arrival records. Keep the track record of resigned and terminated employees.
Employee Relation: -
Deal with employees query on all firm policies and manage the related administration process.
Induction & Joining: -
Plan, organize and conduct induction program, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners.
Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents, creation of email ID and
employee ID and set the KRA for new joiners, design reporting system & assign mentor as per
respective department.
Handle Qatar ID, health card and visa renewal for labors and staff as well with the coordination of
concern department.
Time Office & Leave and Separation:-
Checking daily attendance reports, employee Leave tracking and record maintenance generating
the total payable days record as a input for salary administration. Prepare deduction list for salary
calculation. Preparation and distribution of Pay slips of all Employees.
2. Handle all kind of leaves (Emergency & Annual) and Separation (Resignation & Termination) for
all staff and labors categories till it’s finalized.
Salary & Wages and Grievance:-
Designing of salary structure depending on designation and CTC. Checking attendance, Support to
the payroll section for salary disbursement into Employees account, distribute salary in time
without any errors. Preparation of Full & Final settlement to the separated employee. Also handle
grievances related to salary, deduction of salary and other issue.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliances:-
Maintenance of records under all the relevant applicable labor laws. Co-ordinate with PRO for
compliances. Ensure the in house contractors keep all the records and submit returns in time.
Checking of bills for all in house contractors e.g. Transport, Housekeeping, and Security etc.
Counseling & Disciplinary Action:-
For knowing the problems faced by the employees while working to know the status of factors
affecting the performance, to satisfy the employee and keeping their morale high, by interacting
with Employees, HOD's, Head HR, Consultant and Discussing with them various issues faced by
the employees and to find out most suitable solution to solve the problem. If require issue warning
letters and follow other disciplinary action to resolve the issue
Performance Appraisal: -
Handle the performance appraisal of the labors and staffs. Prepare the performance appraisal forms
and coordinate with the seniors to complete the same on time. Involve in performance review
process, defined all roles and developed roles description which are mapped against the KRA
through daily reporting tracking system. Managing Appraisal process across levels and
establishing frame work for substantiating performance system liked to reward Management.
Administration:-
Handle day to day admin related issue also handle security, housekeeping, pantry and others,
coordinate with other department to get it solve as soon as possible.
