2012 to 30 July 2012 and then promoted as a HR-Assistant Manager since 31 July
2012 to 19 April 2013.
 Worked with M/S Makkar Motors Pvt.Ltd. (dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra)

As Recruitment I am responsible for the data collection for the various vacant positions and to get the
recruitment done.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
 Head hunting, screening & scrutinizing the candidates for verification of their genuine
candidature as described upon their resumes. Also developing the extra work ability
areas / exploring the hidden qualities in them.
 Shelling out resumes against different requirements and checking them against
different specifications set by the client such as skill set, salary range, location, work
authorization etc.
 Developing & maintaining open communication among clients and candidates.
 Touring for representations of Target relating to placements.

HR- Executive: As an Executive I was handled overall HR profile which has given below:-
 Recruitment Process:-
•Co-ordinate with the advertisement agencies and candidates regarding their fees & salary
negotiations.
•Preliminary screening of the profiles as per the requirements.
•Pre-screening the candidates over the phone, then after scheduling and conducted the
interview from junior to senior level & only scheduled the interview for Manager Level.
•Conducted the initial HR interview & coordinating in the final interview.
•Following up with the candidates till they join the organization.
 On-Boarding Formalities:-
•Follow to Induction Process.
•Preparing and releasing offer letter/Appointment letter.
•Collection & verification of Employees documents.
•Employment Agreement.
•Issuance of Identity card, Access card and creating Email ids in portal.
(Maintaining all the confidential correspondences received related to the process.)
 Exit Formalities:-
•Conducting Exit Interview.
•Issuance of Relieving Letter/ Experience Letter / Termination Letter.
•Completion of Full & Final Settlement.
•Issuance of Identity card, Access card and creating Email ids portals.
 Leave Management:-
• Track attendance and alert unapproved absence.
• Analyses attendance leaves to improve system and procedures.
• Monthly updating of leaves status for all the employees.
 Reports & Analysis:-
• Preparation of reports and their analysis viz.
• Leave & Attendance Report.
• Monthly Expenses Report.
 Employee Welfare Activities:-
• Grievance Handling: Acting as single point of contract for policy interpretation, HR Process
related queries (Salaries, Appraisal, compensation, Promotion, Training, leave etc).
• Designed the Training calendar for the year and involved in organizing the training.
• Conducting and coordinating the monthly birthdays and anniversary parties, outings, get
together etc.
• To work on organization structural issues of reporting, identifying competencies and other
related issues, providing constant feedback to the higher management on any gaps in the
organization structure and personnel related actions required for improvement.
