Job role: & responsibilities
 Entry and follow up of Time Sheet , Travel Expenses, in SAP Net viewer, raising draft invoices in SAP,
Handling end to end travel of employees, tracking approvals, issuance of tickets and hotel accommodations,
expenses settlement, typing, distributing minuets of meeting and Track to closure of all action items
 Can manage budget and accounting processes for the team, anticipate procurement needs, vendor
management all while working in a rich environment with a variety of support teams like IT, HR, Finance, etc.
Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations and process issues.
 Single point of contact for managing the CEO and Partners’ office, dealing with International US, UK and
Germany clients for business meetings etc. Also Coordinates with Internal Heads, Managers for the Work
completion and Reports.
 Processing Expenses for Partner On re-connect. Booking meetings rooms, organizing meetings, co-
coordinating diaries only for Partners meeting.
 Deal with corporate presentations and reviews, planning for his business meetings frequently travel with CEO
and Partners for Business Meetings all over the India.
 Excellent typing skills on keyboard, Provide project management support for on-time delivery of programs at
various levels of governance (Team meetings, senior management updates, Town halls, working groups) &
Assist Partners with preparation of presentation materials, maintain contacts database.
 Having Good problem resolving and organizing skills. Develop PowerPoint presentations and other graphic
presentations, type various correspondences both in own signature and in managers signature.
 Attending business meetings with the CEO and providing a different perspective on current issues.
Maintaining diaries accurately prioritizing and allocating time for meetings and appointments/mails.
 Reviewing and analyzing the company's financial reports, flagging issues to the CEO, Conducting analysis on
internal departments and external competitors as needed
 Responsible for all finance support for assigned accounting functions, Able to coordinate with end client as
well as vendors for end to end invoicing process, Review actual position of business area from accounting
perspective on a monthly basis towards end of month.
 Maintain filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential.
 Handle Administrative duties and conducting the Induction Program for New Employees as per HR
Requirement & preparing Internal Memos/ Notices. Maintaining all official records
 Revenue Assurance - monthly closing, projection, forecasting, gross margin analysis, collection.
 Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-
end reports. Reviews, analyzing Business reports, tracking monthly MIS for the business performance.
Effective co-ordination with Functional Heads. Organizing live meetings at various levels with different tools
like -Meeting's, Skype, Video calling. etc
 Deal with business related queries and enquiries and guide the callers accordingly. knowledge of business
savvy Researches, particularly when conducting research, compiling reports, dealing with difficult clients and
situations, drafting letters, and anticipating business needs.
