Responsible for having general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn
about individual systems and products quickly, and accurately, to be able to market and
sell different types of Microsoft Software. Making sure to meet the call quotas which are
80 calls a day but my daily calls exceed 150. Obtain qualified leads which mean
managing and building relationships with the clients and get results. Depending on the
campaign the leads will vary but my results always exceed. Work independently but

Program Manager
I was responsible for staffing Cobb/Douglas Community Service Board with healthcare
providers. Staffing includes residential, day, and developmental disability programs. Follow
established policy and procedures to interview and hire staff with appropriate credentials.
Coordinate and schedule proper training classes for prospects that are under trained. Tract and
insure that employees maintain current credentials and training by scheduling and following up
with the employee to insure attendance for the training. Enter new employees’ skills and pay data
in the Schedule and Time Keeping Computer Software Program. Responsible for completing E-
verify and prepare documents to schedule new-hires for fingerprints. Administer and process
drug screens for new employees. Communicate with client’s program supervisors to provide
staffing that meets the special needs as they arise. Perform general office duties which include
answering phones, filing, faxing, and data entry. Prepare Workers Compensation information and
documents to fax to the proper office to complete the process. Input timecard entries weekly and
process employee payroll bi-weekly for seventy (70) employees. Match and attach timecard with
invoices to deliver to the Client’s Accounting Department for payment of services provided.
Receive employee payroll checks and document in employee’s electronic file whether it will be
mailed or picked up. Seek solutions to resolve any work related issues or problems that
employees may have. Attend quarterly staff meeting to discuss business operations and goals for
growth and improvement.

Bowling Center Game Room and Counter Manager
I was responsible for game room and bowling center counter management for a 40 lane facility. 
Provide guests with prompt, efficient, and courteous service in the game room. I served as   
facility manager during the absence of the bowling center manager. I performed management
duties that includes the management of 25 staff personnel on a daily basis, developing work         
schedules, and interviewing and hiring new job candidates. Train new employees on job and         
business operations functions as required. Responsible for cash handling and reconciliation of 
$30K of the centers revenue nightly.Manages redemption orders through vendor exceeding $5000   
monthly. Oversee a game room budget of $6500+. Maintain accountability of business receipts     
and files for auditing purposes. Serves as Event Coordinator for scheduling of special events and
parties for 100+ guests. Development of new marketing strategies including fliers and posters to 
attract new business. Schedules and attends managers meeting to discuss business enhancements. 
Conducts business operation walkthroughs to insure proper operation, customer satisfaction, and
cleanliness of the facility. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for upper management on
the centers activities. Perform monthly inventories and initiates replacement orders for any
supplies or equipment shortcomings. Opens and closes facility in accordance with established
business hours.
