Following the work on site a report will be issued
identifying those areas :

Size and outline the scope for each

LPC International Ltd SCOPE WE WILL CONSIDER • We will review your operation and spend time with you and your team on site to understand the operation, map your material flows and processes. • We will review your operation and generate a report identifying the opportunities and the approach to achieve them. • We will look at any areas and elements of the operation which, after an initial overview, and considering any concerns you have, that offer scope for improvement • Storage systems / Picking systems • Marshalling, set down areas and use of space • MHE and manual handling equipment • Processes and procedures • IT Systems • Product location and location management • Indicative budget costing • Outline specifications for any equipment suggested • Advice on building and building services and anything inside the building envelope that impacts on the operation

We will work with you to identify the requirements at each stage of the operation and then determine the most suitable efficient and productive processes for the operation. The deliverables will focus on those items identified during the process that will enable you to achieve the right solution for your operation. They will include the items listed in the scope as appropriate. Following the work on site a report will be issued identifying those areas : Where improvements could be made Size and outline the scope for each Outline the approaches to be taken Any equipment or systems that should be considered.
