and discuss the basic requirement of the position with the Hiring manager/Recruiter (Onshore). Source quality
resumes from different channels-Job Portals, linked in and Google. Thereby, help the client to close the
position.
Screening: Scrutinizing, short listing profiles from Central database, which is a response to the postings for
the specific requirement. Developing, executing and managing screening & sourcing strategies to generate
pipelines of talent & meet hiring targets.
Scheduling Interviews: Scheduled interviews for candidates who are been shortlisted for the position.
Contact the recruiter and hiring manager and check on the availability for the interview and collect required
information. Schedule the interview with the candidate. Coordinated between the client and the candidate for
arranging interview.
Background Check: Worked with vendors (onshore) to perform background check activities for candidate
who were shortlisted for the position.
Reference Check: Called the references and collated the required details of the candidates who will join the
position. Provide the same accurate information to the recruiters without any misses.
