Job role: & responsibilities
 Entry, follow up and Maintain CEO & Partners Time Sheet , Travel Expenses, in SAP Net viewer, raising draft
invoices in SAP, Handling end to end travel of CEO and Partner, tracking approvals, issuance of tickets and
hotel accommodations, expenses settlement, typing, distributing minuets of meeting and Track to closure of
all action items.
 Check & reply all e-mails on daily basis, in order to make sure no mail remain non-responded by the end of
the business day. Maintain relation with clients.
 Attend the important meetings with directors and keep note and trace of actions, proactively remind critical
issues to solve in view as on EA. Can handle independently outlook, Schedule Management, Expense
Management, Time sheet management, Travel Management, E Data Management and Visitors management
Follow up on reports and outcome
 Provide complete support including preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, maintaining database etc
to CEO and Partner. Exposure to expat delegates, interaction with foreign Delegates. Drafting of Letters,
Correspondences from the clients can handle independently. Can type with the speed of 55 wpm with
accuracy of 96 %. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
 Assisting the CEO and Partner in identifying and evaluating new opportunities, preparing project reports and
presentations. Preparing business proposals to clients. Ready for 100% Travel on short notice. Having the
prior experience working with CEOs, COOs or CFOs and Director Level.
 Searching the Annual reports in the data base software for all the financial year, this is required for the cases
and support for the DRP hearing cases. Support research & analysis projects. Manage and report on progress
against project schedule and milestones. To compile data for from Various Units and departments for creation
of MIS, Budget, and various analytical and decision making reports.
 Single point of contact for managing the CEO and Partners’ office, dealing with International US, UK and
Germany clients for business meetings etc. Also Coordinates with Internal Heads, Directors, CEO’s, CFO, COO
and Managers for the Work completion and Business Reports.
 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Booking meetings rooms, organizing
meetings, co-coordinating diaries only for Partners and CEO meeting.
 Distributing mails, Making personals bills such as Travel, petrol, Hotel and submitting it to Accounts
department on time. Adept at handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal/external

 Handle Administrative duties and conducting the Induction Program for New Employees as per HR

 Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-
end reports. Reviews, analyzing Business reports, tracking monthly MIS for the business performance.
