Designation: HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
 Recruitment - Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing diverse talent. Identify staff vacancies and
recruit, interview and select applicants. Track the attrition ratio and develop new strategy for reducing same.
 Salary & Compensation
Processing of the Monthly salary, increment for employees and streams of the Company
Provide HR budget for salary, employee benefits and admin
Executing out personnel management functions such as Attendance monitoring, Leave calculation, Payroll processing
and Submission of PF/ESI returns
 Employee Performance Management: Improved and implemented a performance measurement and development
program for the management and supervisory staffs which facilitates promotion processes
 Leave Management System- Approval of Employee leaves/ Over Time
 Statutory Compliance –Addressing various issues, grievances raised by employees and resolving them at the earliest
 Motivating and Team Development:
To develop the HR team, to ensure the professional HR service to the organization

ADMIN
 Ensure that the company and its personnel in the state whosoever is applicable are adequately covered by
insurance and deal with all insurance matters which arise.
 Control the administrative staff and consider cost of service against the service which must be provided.
Ensure that the standards of these services are maintained at a high level.
 Timely submission of Admin Reports on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
 Handling general administration of the HO/Site office & Guest House which includes maintaining records
and payments of telephones, fax, electricity, courier and other misc. administrative related bills of the
Organization. Vendor development for getting new quotations.
 Housekeeping and Maintenance of office premises and equipments.
 Liaise with external agency for travel arrangements bus/rail/road for staff in the state.
 Administration activities like activities of reception, housekeeping, pantry and security. Record attendance and
checking attendance register
 Maintenance of Office Building, Guest House, repairs of furniture
 Taking care of AMC’s for office equipments and renewal of service agreements as per budgeted parameters.
 Negotiating & finalizing of service agreements such as security services agreement, canteen service agreement, lease
agreement, Vehicle insurance etc.
