 Responsible for posting requirements, vacancies on Job Portals.
Ensure short listing of resumes received through Employee Referral
Schemes, Job Portal and Reference.
 Sourcing Candidate from portal like Times job, Naukri , Shine, & Through Various

 Managing recruitment and selection for all the divisions (Retail, Textile, Real

 Responsible for introducing the new joinee to HR & related Departments
along with HODs.
 Co-ordination with HODs to work out Induction schedule for fresh recruits.
Responsible for arranging Technical and required General training for Fresh
Recruits.
Training & Development:-
 Coordinate with HODs for Training Need Identification through Annual
Performance Appraisal and one to one discussion with concern HODs
Preparing Annual Training Calendar and Monthly training plan
arrange for Training Activities (External/ Internal) as per Training Plan from
HODs.
 Involvement in Content Designing for Training.
 Analyse Feedback Effectiveness for Both Trainer & Trainee in the sessions
conducted.
 Responsible for Updating Training Records.
 Ensure Training Effectiveness Evaluation across all departments after three
months.
 Instrumental for various training programme on Leadership Skills, Time
Management, Behavioural Skills training, Customer Service, Soft Skills etc.
Job Description & KRA:-
 To prepare and collect the job description and KRAs of all employees in the
region.
 To ensure that proper recording and monitoring of KRAs is done for further
analysis.
Exit Formalities:-
 Responsible for completion of Exit Formalities such as Clearance of Zenith
Accounts, Handover of work, Exit Interview report etc.
 Having counseling Session with resignee and asking reasons for leaving the
organization.
 Coordination with Payroll for Full & Final Settlement.
 Ensure issue of Experience and relieving letters to resignees.
Appraisal:-
 Ensure Coordination with HODs for collecting Performance Review Forms on
Probation completion/ Confirmation/ Annual Increments.
 Ensure Co-ordination with Payroll for updating on Increments/ Incentives
based on PMD.
 Collect Feedbacks, Take approvals & issue letters on increment/ promotions.
Ensure a smooth annual appraisal process.
Letter Drafting:-
 Preparation of Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Reliving,
Experience and other letters like to contractors, to neighbour companies, KMA
etc.
 Ensure timely distribution of letters.
MIS Reporting:-
 Ensure Monthly Preparation of HR report of Department relating to Training
Activities, Training MIS, and Manpower Status etc
 Maintaining salary details and all the details of all employees including newly
joined, transferred etc.
Employee Engagement :-
 To organize various events and programmes to bring employees together.
 To organize stress relief session for employees.
 Building motivation among employees by various sources such as insurance,
annual picnic, get-together, various awards and prizes, game competitions
Additional Responsibilities:-
 Revision of Job Description and Organization Charts
 Supervision and Co-ordination with Admin and Receptionist. Overall
Supervision of pantry and Gardening.
