Executive HR- Operations,
A Generalist role, handling end to end HR activities of a Hypermarket which has an employee
strength of 100+.
− Overseeing the entire gamut of HR function including managing entire employee life cycle,
Performance Appraisal, employee engagement and people management.
− Overall responsibility of hiring and recruitment within the organization.
− Initiating Background Verification Process by sending the details to the Consultant
− Inducting new joiners into the organization, preparing joining kits, and processing all joining
formalities.
− Partnering with senior to create vision, policies, strategic goals and objectives for the business
unit.
− Ensuring Training and Development sessions to the staff (In house and Out door)
− Ensuring timely confirmation of probationers, implementation of increments.
− Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their
requirements.
− Report Generation of Loss Of pay List, checklist of Attendance, Payroll Statement, CTC Report,
Cash/Cheque Payments, etc.
− Coordinated with leadership to manage talent acquisition, campus recruitments, etc. as per
the requirement.
− Generating and maintaining HR reports for facilitating strategic decisions for the organization.
− Preparing HR reports like MIS Reports, compensation analysis, skill set matrix, age matrix,
qualification matrix, profile analysis, CTC comparisons, Attrition Analysis, manpower
analysis, etc.
− Responsible for managing Employee Service Files and Personal dossiers pertaining to Store
− Performing internal transfers of employees such as inter group companies, inter locations and
inter departmental.
− Handling Performance Management System and identifying scope for improving the same.
− Preparing reports for appraisal system as per performance review and development plan based
on KRA; calculating fitment for the promotion cases.
− Formulating various strategies and actions to increase employee engagement and commitment.
− Automating various processes, thereby enhancing the operations profitability.
− Conducting Exit Interviews and ensuring smoother separation process.
Statutory Compliances
− Taking care of statutory compliances like Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance and Shops
and commercial Establishments.
− Preparations of Monthly, Yearly returns and statutory payments like ESI, PF.
− Employee State Insurance: Looking after ESI procedure, enrolling employees in Online System,
ESIC Challan preparation through online.
− Provident Fund: Processing of PF related application forms such as Nomination, PF Transfer in,
PF Settlement, PF Loan, Pension Processing and PF Transfer out.
− Settlement of & Medi-claim applications.
