Job Responsibility
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, databases,
networking as well as internal referrals, drafting job descriptions and identifying core
competencies required for the positions.
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
Drafted offer letter, contracts, and finalised same for all new hires.
Delivery of HR induction module to new starters.
