Job Responsibility
 Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, databases,
networking as well as internal referrals, drafting job descriptions and identifying core
competencies required for the positions.
 Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
 Drafted offer letter, contracts, and finalised same for all new hires.
 Delivery of HR induction module to new starters.
 Developed and conducted training classes of new and continuing staff.
 Process Payroll Employees accurately and efficiently according to WPS.
 Ensuring all permanent & temporary staff is paid on time. Maintaining accurate records of
sick/maternity leave
 Employee Compensation and benefits programs Such as incentives, Medical Insurance, leave
salary, Gratuity, Company cars etc.
 Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires,
transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
 In charge of the disciplinary, grievance processes.
 Coordinate with PRO for new & renewal visa Programs.
 Arranging employee engagement activities.
 Prepare MIS report and submitted to department head.
 Monitoring insurance, car registration and commercial licenses prior one month in advance to
avoid fines.
 Ensuring all Employees personal records are updated and maintained in ERP.
 Manage Human Resource issues that come through the department relating to clients and other
departments.
 Look after the transfer formalities and exit interviews of personnel.
