up a lot of the cover
whilst leaving enough
space for other things

against the monochrome
photo to please the
readers eye as it is
aesthetically pleasing
Existing Product
Overall minimalistic
design with a specific
colour used against a

how people look and
fashion, whilst also simply
allowing the model to be the
centre of the cover
Very minimalistic title to go
with the overall
quiet/minimalistic design
which is aesthetically pleasing
Existing Product

main grasping

an audience
of teenagers
in
Very colourful pallet to
attract the eyes of a younger
audience who may be more
attracted to explosive and
vibrant aesthetics

unique font to show
this magazine is
different
Research Analysis
• What common features do the researched products have?
Common features of my research slides show that the model/product is mainly the complete centre-point of the cover,
but also they can be panned of to he side to draw focus to he title or even balance he focus
All of the fonts of the titles fit the aesthetic of the cover e.g the complex cover was very vibrant and explosive, so the
title font was made bright purple with a slime effect dripping off it
The model always has to have their eyes in the shot of the picture or it looks silly
• What aspects of the research will you include within your on work?
• I will include a title that suits the aesthetic I am going for, but still stands out
• I will position the model/ product in a way ha suis he aesthetic and also based off of how I want to spread out the
focous
• I will stick to certain aesthetic to create a good cover instead of suing a load of random styles and create
something silly

• The magazine aims to help people style
themselves based on current trends, but to
