2. Process
• The Jingle
I didn’t actually create the jingle myself, I used a
template that sounded good enough for my
podcast.
I decided to also make my title based on the jingle I
found as it would A. help me think of a title quicker
and B. give higher production value
I decided to choose a template jingle as I knew for
a fact it would sound much better than anything I
could create. It also saved me a lot of time as I was
behind on the project. Despite this I am a tad
disappointed that I couldn’t create my own jingle
as it would’ve made my work seem like it had more
effort put into it.

3. Process
• The audio
For the audio decided to write a short script, but in the
end I didn’t like it so I improvised, although I did still use
elements from my script.
For the second part of the audio I asked my friend Charlie
to discuss his opinions on an upcoming game in
comparison with another. His audio quality is much
better than mine as he had access to better equipment. I
also didn’t give him a script and asked him to improvise
as I feel true opinions flow freely. In the end I feel as
though it worked out and sounded very good overall,
despite the below average audio quality of my part

4. Process
• Editing the audio
The editing process was quiet easy. The only
issue was having to resay my lines as we lost an
audio file, but this turned to be a blessing as the
second audio was much better sounding. I had to
adjust the audio gain by a few decibels an each
file so that one didn’t sound way louder than the
other as that would be silly. After I edited it, it
sounded much cleaner and better. I also added
the jingle to the front and the quality was very
good. Overall I am happy with how the final
product came out

5. Process
Deciding on what theme I should have
Deciding the theme was an easy job in my opinion.
I already had in mind what I would like to do,
which was a gaming related podcast. All I had to
do was a little research and find something with
good discussion points, and anthem was that
point as there is a lot of controversy surrounding it
at the minute. Im very happy with the way the
discussion turned out as Charlie raised good
points and sounded very professional.
