Target India is an extension of Target headquarters and an integral part of Target's
strategy to develop a global workforce. Our India office helps Target meet its need for
talented team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
 Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future Trends,
Managing plans for stock levels, Analyzing to changes in demand, Reviewing
performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels, Liaising with other
departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed.
 Analyzing budget for different promotions, interacting with vendors and
suppliers to negotiate on products, asking for the credit notes. Coordinating
with in-country team for the smooth flow of work, administering and
assisting Buyers located in United States & Canada with the help of
Financial Reports.
 Worked on the product pricing strategy for hardline(Electronics &
Entertainment) & Apparel Accessories products and setting up promotion
price, purchase price, linking products to the respective stores and clearing
invoices by matching the purchase order and correcting the discrepancies of
various suppliers.
 Accurate administration support to Buyer, Collating and filing all
documentation, Assist in meeting preparation and presentations &
completing necessary wholesale documentation, Support the team in
checking and reviewing each season’s catalogues, plan additional duties as
required.
 Setting up product templates for Pre-Production. Analyze photography for
Product Information, generate signages for all products using ICSS,
Complete legal formalities for product name check on all lines, and support
the Target Canada business ensuring Legal & Policy compliance. Interacting
with the Canada Stakeholders (Buyers & Suppliers), Merchandising, ISM,
Creative, Store Research, Strategic pricing & Finance Team.
Systems & additional responsibilities:
 Update all promotional details on to SAP.
 Initiate timely, thorough and accurate communication with Sales Promotion
Specialists to ensure price accuracy for our guests.
 Initiate conference calls with Minneapolis team to initiate division/event-
specific learning's to better understand the guest's perspective.
Agency Manager with BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE CO LTD, November 2011–

 Recruiting the efficient agents and training them on insurance products.
 To ensure the agents pass the exams and get the license.
 To maintain a healthy relationship with the advisors & drive to achieve the
