This document outlines an "advergame" called Cola JumpTM that would promote Coca-Cola on YouTube and mobile devices. The game would show a can of Coke helping characters reach the top of the screen for prizes, similar to the game Doodle Jump. It would target all ages and demographics in countries like the USA, UK, and Asia with a simple, upbeat design. The one-sentence pitch is that it shows "a drink that jumps up for joy." Care was taken to not directly criticize competitors and to follow advertising standards codes to avoid offending any groups.

My game will involve no offensive material like directly having a go at another companies like
Pepsi, Fanta etc. And because this game is for all ages short, simple and straight to the point.
Will you restrict younger audiences engaging with it?
I will not restrict younger audiences because the advert doesn’t have any materials that may
come across as bad or too addictive.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
The advert won’t offend any groups involving social, religion and ethnicities, because the
advert depicts a can of coke trying to bring happiness to an unhappy soul.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
By following all the ASA Codes exactly.
Is your product using characters/names/logos of existing ones?
Yes, I will be using the same logo from the existing company Coke-A-Cola.
Will your product be sufficiently different from existing ones to not get sued for copyright
infringement and how have you achieved this?
I have made sure to trademark the name of the advergame aswell as include different kinds
of sounds effects sourced from a royalty free website.
