Probationary/Confirmation of employees:
 Preparations of appraisal note and send it to Team managers inadvance, Process compliance, Preparation & Issuance of
extension/confirmation letter in advance and get it signed from the signatory authority.
Payroll Management:
 VerifyTime & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the
schedule, Generating Pay slips and forwarding them to employees.
 Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
Statutory Compliances :
 Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labour legislations (Shops Act, EPF, ESI, PT etc.,)
 P.F, E.S.I., P.T - Calculations, Remittances etc… - Online ECR Preparations & Upload, PF & ESI Payment Challans, Issuing of
UAN Number to employees, PF Transfer / Settlement etc..
MIS Management / HR Shared Services / Employee Self Service:
 ManagingEmployee Database AdministrationinGreythr / Folklore HRIS packagesfor various clients, assigning Employee Self
Service user name & password for employees,
 Timelyupdationof Attendance & Leave Management inthe HRISSystem, verify& processrecorddata ofeachemployee for
Gratuity etc..
 Part of HR SharedServices team for attending& assigning Internal / External Employees queries regards to on -boarding,

Performance Appraisals:

accordinglytake actions, Planning events andactivities regularlyor on some occasions, getting those approved by senior
management and implement those.
Full & Final settlement and Exit process:
 Conductingexit interview process for resigned, quite/terminatesemployees, coordinatingfor clearance with department.
 Smooth exit andissuing experience certificate andrelieving letter, Coordinate & manage the full& final settlement with the
help of finance division and sending circular to other department at the time of relieving of an employee
General Administration:
 Interacting withdifferent departments for proper maintenance of all equipment’s & coordinating, Issue of Identity Cards,
Asset Management & Tag procurement etc…
 Hotel & Travel Ticket booking, visa arrangements, Rent, Electricity, Telephone, Mobile, Internet etc…- Bills payment follow-
