ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 TALENT ACQUISITION & MANPOWER PLANNING
 Individually responsible for complete end to end recruitment process.

 JOINING AND INDUCTION:
 Handling and executing complete joining and induction formalities of new joiners including
senior management levels.
 TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
 Conducting training and development programs, internally and externally as per training planner
and training need identification for all the employees.
 MIS
 Submitting all the documents related to HR-MIS to top management, including manpower details,
recruitment, attrition, training performance appraiser, contract agreements, asset stocks, vehicle
management, over time calculations, leave management, and current site activities.
 GRIEVANCE HANDLING:
 Managing employee’s complaints related to canteen, transportation, gowning, attendance,
mediclaims, PF, gratuity, full and final, salary and over time, etc.
 PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
 Involve in overall PMS process, implementing the guidelines set by corporate HR.
 OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
 Handling day to day monitoring of administration roles including: time- keeping management,
Conducting SAP functions
 Monitoring & ensuring of all employee establishment related matters like payroll process, OT &
SDP Process, staff welfare payments, monthly reimbursement, GPA benefits, pre-employment
and annual medical checkup, leave benefits, F&F Settlement, gratuity benefits, etc.
 DOCUMENTATION
 Preparing all the documentation related to HR functions like, SOP’s, update site organogram, and
other all the documents as per Good documentation practices (GDP). HR approvals, employee’s
personal files, training files, contract agreements and bills, statutory documents, and other HR
related documents.
 STATUTORY
 Involved in maintaining statutory compliance of HR related documents.
 EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
 Handling all employee engagement activities at plant site.
