KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Collecting & evaluating the monthly attendance report on a daily basis .
 Preparing & circulating the monthly and Weekly HR MIS.
 Preparation of attrition report on weekly and monthly basis.
 Coordinating for Joining Formalities from newly acquired human resources.
 Coordinating the PF closure for resigned employees.
 Generating and Issuing ESIC Temporary Cards for Front End as well as Back End Employees.
 Closing Employees Reimbursements as per Schedules.
 Assisting for Payroll processing.
 Coordinating For Bank Accounts to open for newly acquired Employees.
 Ensuring Employees requirements like I D Cards, Medical Cards, and Uniforms.
 Updating Leave Management.
 Preparation Management Team report.
 Preparing and presenting manpower and Manning data for weekly and monthly review.
 Preparing Employee Master.
 Maintaining Statutory Records.
 Ensuring proper communication of company policies and procedures which makes employees clear on internal

Payroll:
 Processing payroll for 2500 employees stationed at 170 stores in Andhra Pradesh
 Calculating DES Incentives for Store Employees Every Quarter
 Calculation of Incentives for Employees every month based on the target achieved.
 Preparing Bank Statement and sending primary bankers for salary deposit.
Statutory Compliance:
 Online submission of EPF.
 Online submission of ESI.
 Submission of PT.
 Applying for Gratuity.
 Facilitating for PF withdrawal, transfer and loans.
Contract Labour Compliances:
 Generating PR & PO Processing for Contractors and bill Payments for Contactors
 Ensuring Contract Labour Compliances
 Ensuring Proper Manpower is supplied to DC to Support DC Operations.
Joining Formalities:
 Rolling out Appointment letter.
 Designing induction program to new recruits.
 Introducing the new recruit to department and entire group.
