 Ensure employees are counselled / advised in line with company retention policy.
 Co-ordination of inputs to operations Team on employee exits
 Attrition Analysis and find out the root cause and accordingly give the feedback to the
Managers
 Closing the loop through feedback to the Manager on issues raised by employees during
the exit interview
Wage & Salary Administration:
 Responsible for entire 2100 employees salary administration.
 Coordinating with Finance Department for proper salary disbursement in various
locations.

 Touch Point maintenance of all the office infrastructure, Office equipment’s & housekeeping of the office building.
Co-ordinate for Travel & stay arrangements of all senior Officials. Co-ordinate and liaison with all the Admin Vendors.
 Preparing MRN and PR for asset purchasing.
 Looking after the administration of the office & Generating daily, weekly and Monthly reports

 Reporting expense details within 5th day of every month.
 Track and control cost with adherence to budget.
