Preparing of Job Description in co-ordination with department heads and Posting of vacancies.
Man power planning according to the requirement
Sourcing of resumes through internal sources,and Manpower consultants.
Co-ordination with Candidates and Schedule Interviews.

Appointing of Contract labours.
Conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employee resignation. Analyze & update the

Time office management functions including overtime, late coming and early going hours.
Monthly absenteeism monitoring and giving oral warning.

Attendance checklist preparation for Payroll. Issuing the punching cards to newly joined

Delivering ‘Pay-slips’ with all statutory deduction & preparing ‘Summery of Pay-slips’
including leave calculations.
Preparation of annual pay revision statement through the appraisal system.

Confirmation, Promotion and Transfer.

Responsible for all statutory returns, and payments(ESI, PF, PT)
Responsible for ESI –temporary ID cards and monthly online returns.
Renewalof license from various departments.
Maintaining of registers under various labour law.

Organizing for Medical test For New Joinees and maintenance of records.
Heading the Canteen facility and monitoring the health & hygiene factors.
