Responsibilities:
Recruitment and selection:
 Preparing of Job Description in co-ordination with department heads and Posting of vacancies.
 Man power planning according to the requirement
 Sourcing of resumes through internal sources,and Manpower consultants.
 Co-ordination with Candidates and Schedule Interviews.
OBJECTIVE

 Organizing and co-coordinating for Induction and Orientation for new entrants for all levels and
ensuring of joining formalities – Issue of Offer letter, Appointment letter, Employee information
forms, ID card,E-mail ID, Mobile, sim card etc.
 Describe to candidates about job profile and explaining company policies & procedures
 Appointing of Contract labours.
 Conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employee resignation. Analyze & update the
reports using the Conducting exit interview feedback forms and suggest the changes for
improvement.
 Opinion survey.
Time Office Management
 Time office management functions including overtime, late coming and early going hours.
 Monthly absenteeism monitoring and giving oral warning.
 Employees Leave record maintenance.
 Attendance checklist preparation for Payroll. Issuing the punching cards to newly joined
 Maintaining of Muster roll, Punching updates.
Salary and Wage Administration
 Responsible for staff, permanent workers and Contract Labour salary
 Responsible for processing monthly Incentives in coordination with DepartmentalHeads.
 Responsible for monthly reimbursements of Executives and staff.
 Clearance of EL Encashment, Attendance Bonus, festival advance,Loans, Advances on
Employees request.
 Responsible for Full and Final settlement for left employee’s petty cash and Advances handling
& recovery of the same via coordination with accounts dept.
 Delivering ‘Pay-slips’ with all statutory deduction & preparing ‘Summery of Pay-slips’
including leave calculations.
 Preparation of annual pay revision statement through the appraisal system.
 Keeping a track of Employees Performance.
 Confirmation, Promotion and Transfer.
Statutory Compliances
 Responsible for all statutory returns, and payments(ESI, PF, PT)
 Responsible for ESI –temporary ID cards and monthly online returns.
 Renewalof license from various departments.
 Maintaining of registers under various labour law.
Employee Welfare
 Organizing for Medical test For New Joinees and maintenance of records.
 Heading the Canteen facility and monitoring the health & hygiene factors.
 Ensuring the safety of employees, Ensuring on time issue of uniform and shoes to employees.
 Providing medical benefits to employees.
 Resolve employee’s conflicts.
ISO 9001:2008
 Maintenance of ISO 9001:2008 documents.
 Maintaining of Training Records, Training Evaluation, Skill Matrix, competency matrix etc.
 Involving internal auditing .
Management Information System
Analyzing data and providing periodic Reports to Top Management on Manpower, Training activities,
