Induction & Orientation& On boarding Formalities:
 Briefing thenew joiners about company policies and procedures, leave policies,
 Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter / Appointment Letter,collection of
required documents from new joiner)
 Verifyingof documents, Updating the complete details of the new joiners, Co-ordination with Technical
Team for official Email ID Creation, Maintaining employee personal data files
Probationary/Confirmation of employees:
 Preparations of appraisal noteand send it to Team managers in advance, Process compliance
 Preparation of extension/confirmation letter in advance and get it signed from the signatory authority.
 Issuance of Extension/confirmation letters to employees.
Payroll Management:
 Verify Time & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll
according to the schedule, Generating Pay slips and forwarding them to employees.
 Payroll processing with statutory.
 Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
Statutory Compliances / Labor Laws:
 Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labour legislations (Shops Act, EPF, ESI, PT
etc.,) Registrations & Renewals etc...
HRIS Management / HR Shared Services / Employee Self Service:
 Managing Employee Database Administration in TCS ION Cloud HRIS/Relyon packages for various clients,
assigning Employee Self Service user name & password for employees,
 Timely updation of Attendance & Leave Management in the HRIS System, verify & process record data of
each employee for Gratuity, Mediclaim, and Insurance details.
 Part of HR Shared Services team for attending & assigning Internal / External Employees queries regards to
on-boarding, leave, payroll, F&F settlements, performance appraisals etc…

 Coordinating monthly Employee Engagement Activities for various clients, Family Day, Ethnic Day,
