Recruitment:
 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources, planning human resource requirements and conducting selection interviews of
candidates.
 Forecasting and Finalizing Manpower Requirement and Budgeting along with the Business
Heads.
 Adept in channelizing recruitment through multiple channels Viz Employee Referral, Job
Portals, Internal Job Postings as well as external job posting.

Selection & Staffing:
 Identifying the right person for a given assignment by matching the candidate profile & skill
set with requirement of client.

candidates and processing their confirmation upon completion of the orientation
 Handling Negotiation process with candidates, final selection of the candidate, preparing
their offer letters, appointment letter etc.

Human Resource Planning & Forecasting:
 Help to develop human resource planning, HR budget, and HR audit.
 Forecasting human resource supply & demand.
 Develop planning for Recruitment, downsizing & separation of employee.
Performance Management System / Appraisal:
 Assist in Performance planning and setting new KRA`s for all employees.
 Conducting performance appraisal system for employees.
 Taking continuous performance assessment of the employees.
 Appraising performance of the employee as per their Experience, Education, & behavior of
the employee at workplace.
Training & Development
 Arranging various training & development programs which help to build employee
efficiency.

Employee Communication & Relation:
 Conducting employee communication sessions for employees across various profiles.
