Talent Acquisition/ Workforce Planning
 Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from various sources after
identification of manpower requirement for new/existing departments
 Networking through References, Web Portals, Newspaper Advertisements etc. Interacting with
candidatesregarding job openings. Screening of candidates. Creating Database of relevant resumes for
future requirements.
 Involved in selection & screening process, final interviews, salary fitment.
 Coordinate with recruitment agencies for critical positions.
 Ex employee verification of candidate before joining.
Induction & Joining Formalities:
 Preparation of CTC Sheets, Offer Letters & Appointment Letters.
 Following Grade and Salary Fitment as per company norms
 Verifying all the documents submitted at the time of joining as per company policy
 Maintain the personal File of individual employees & update it time to time.
 Employee code generation, Employee ID card Creation, Opening Salary account.
 Creating Database of the employees and updating it on timely basis.
 Ensure Functional Induction for all New Joinee in the System
 Ensure all the arrangements and facilities for the new joinee and introduce the new member to the
management team.
Attendance & Payroll
 Successfully handling payroll of 200 employees.
 Maintain the employeeattendance and generate the attendance for the salary process.
 Make necessary entriesfornew joiner, separation cases, unpaid leave, Comp off leave, salary advances.
 Clarificationson pay slipsand otherquerieson pay package.
 Handling Reimbursement details. Calculating and maintaining the record of Reimbursement details.
Full & Final Settlements:
 Ensuring that the full and final settlement isdone on time.
 Calculation of Leave encashment.
 Resposible forgratuity calculation.
 Taking care of Exit Interview and mainting the exit interview report..
 Maintaining all documentsrelated to resignation ( Exit Interview form and other Related documents).
 Issue a Relieving & experience letter to left employee
Performance Appraisal:
 Distribution of Performance Appraisal Forms to All the Departments.
 Collecting and co-relating the data.

 Coordinating with labour law consultant for maintaining and updating variousrecordsof P.F, E.S.I.C.
 Preparation of Challansof Ptax and MLWF.
 Preparation of detailsrequired for PF, ESIC challan and coordinating with consultant to fill challan.
 Settling the withdrawal claimsof PF claims.
 Coordinating with consultant for PF ESIC Issues.
Industrial Relations :
 Resolve day -to- day grievancesof the Employee

 Drafting warning letters, suspension letters.
MIS Reports :
 Making payroll MIS reportslike Head count, Department wise, Designation wise etc.
 Attrition reportson monthly basis.
