oBusiness report about investment plan from CATEXHAUST Gmbh (CG) 1. Introduction This report
is for CATEXHAUST Gmbh (CG) which is not only a Germany manufacture company but also is the
second largest supplier to VAG Group ( Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT amp;SKODA) in Europe to measure
whether it can enter Turkey market or not after VW announced that they would build up a
manufacturing plant in Turkey. 2. Evaluation of Turkey 2.1 Turkey is a great developing country
which has the world s 15th largest GDP PPP and 17th largest nominal GDP. Its GDP and population
has increasing continuously from 2008 2011(chart1.1 and 1.2 below) Chart 1.1 Chart 1.2 Data

Thirdly, political and policies in many countries take joint venture as a prior entrance mode.
Eventually, since vehicle industry has become a main industry in Turkey, there must be good
performance from the whole industry chain that CG would have a lot of competitors and hard to enter
the market If it choose greenfield or acquisition. 3.2 On the other hand, less risk means CG would lose
profits when choosing joint venture mode. In addition, management for mixing two companies can
lead to conflicts and battles if there objectives are changed or difference. Base on the advantages and
disadvantages above, joint venture is the best choice after balancing the risk and the profit earning. 4.
Some culture guidelines for operating in Turkey 4.1 There have culture differences between Turkey
and German. Culture shared norms based on value, attitudes and beliefs. (Daniels. J. D, Radebaugh. L.
H, amp; Sullivan. D.P, 2011 ) There are 99.8% of Turkish are Muslim so that Turkish usually don t
work on Ramadan (usually in June and July) and they never eat pork. While German is a multi
religious country, there are 34%Protestant, 34% Roman Catholic, 3.7% Muslim, and 28.3%
unaffiliated or other. The values in Turkey are family and polychronic time, they focus on family style
and like to hang up with different things in a same time. (Jodie R. Gorrill, M.A. 2009) However,

Dancers At West Side Dance Studio
West Side Dance Studio is a dance studio in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I used to dance in that studio for
four years. Out of the four years, the most important concept I learned is that dancers do not use their
words to express emotion, they use their body. The teachers at West Side Dance Studio always express
how important it is to tell a story with our bodies. That is why we dance, to express emotion and tell a
story to our audience when performing and even in class. Dancers at West Side Dance Studio use body
language to accomplish their goal of expressing emotion and telling a story to the audience.
My purpose for writing this research paper is to explain how dancers at West Side Dance Studio use
body movements as language to express ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
They will have an insight on how this discourse community functions and their use of lexis, use of
specific terms. As the reader will see later on the essay, dancers at this community use french
vocabulary. Ballet vocabulary is in French so when dancers in this community are in ballet class, they
use french terminology. In addition to the interviews, I will use personal experience to show how West
Side Dance Studio accomplishes its goals.
Body language is important in the dance community, especially at West Side Dance Studio. By
definition, body language is a means of communicating meaning nonverbally through gestures,
posture, and movements. Some definitions also include facial expressions (Rholetter). Dancers use
gestures, posture, movements, and facial expressions all the time to communicate with each other.
When performing especially, a dancer communicates through gestures and facial expressions. West
Side Dance Studio would often be asked to perform in carnivals. The studio s owner, which also
happened to be one my teachers, thought the dancers should perform at this carnivals and use them as
practice for our performance facial expressions. The more we danced at carnivals, the more chances
we got to practice how we would communicate on stage when performing the dance recitals. In a
personal point of view, the more I performed at carnivals, the more confident I got when performing
on stage. I felt as

My First Day In High School
Today is August 10th, 2065 and it is my first day of Year 6 and I am only 9 years old. I sighed as I
finished speaking for the online journal and I watched the spoken words turn to typed words on the
holographic screen. I closed my eyes and put my head in the palm of my pale hand as I closed up the
journal, unable to think of anything else to write at the moment. After a few more seconds of just
sitting at the desk, I decided I could just finish writing later, so, I decided to get ready for my final
year at the Skill School.
Skill School is the first school all kids are enrolled in. Everyone starts at age 5 and typically leaves at
age 11 to go to one of four secondary schools: Offense, Defense, Agriculture, or Health. Or if you aren
t skilled enough to make it to one of those schools you got placed in the fifth, inferior school, the
Other School. I started school at age 5, just like every other normal kid does. I went through Years 1,
2, and 3 but last year I got a letter during our break saying I was being bumped to Year 6 at barely 9
years old.
My heart raced along in time with my thoughts about the day. If I was being honest, I was feeling
rather nervous and..scared I guess, though, scared doesn t really cover exactly how I m feeling. It s
like I m scared and nervous and excited and so many other things and I just couldn t explain it. It was
the strangest I had felt since my actual first day in Year 1.

Alexandre Dumas was born Dumas Davy de la Pailleterie in Villers Cotterêts, France. He was born on
July 24, 1802, the son of Marie Louise Labouret and General Thomas Alexandre Dumas. According to
Biography, The Dumas family name was adopted from Alexandre s grandmother, an enslaved Haitian
woman named Marie Cesette Dumas (Biography 1). At the age of four, his father died of cancer, and
although his family was poor, Dumas was able to advance in life due to his father s reputation and
aristocratic rank. He attended Abbe Gregoire s school, until he left at the age of eleven to work for a
local notary. When he turned twenty, he left home to move to Paris, where he worked as a scribe for

Other works of his include comedies and dramas like Christine, The Three Musketeers, The Corsican
Brothers, and The Wolf Leader. Throughout his novels, plays, and short stories, Dumas illustrates a
romantic style that proved to be exceptionally popular in his time. Furthermore, he his works
incorporate fantasy, crime, scandals, and travelogues inspired by his journeys to Russia and Italy. In
turn, his novels and plays earned him success and money throughout Europe. He used the money he
earned from his works to build the Chateau de Monte Cristo in Port Marly, France, but then had to sell
it two years later due to financial problems. In 1851, Alexandre Dumas fled to Brussels, Belgium to
escape creditors and the recently elected president, Napoleon Bonaparte. In March of 1861, Dumas

Abu Bakr s The Sunni Tale
The Sunni tale focuses on the allegedly democratic selection that led to Abu Bakr s rise, touting him as
the leader on whom the people agreed. Some academics speculate, based on existing accounts, that
this election was conducted amongst a small group of tribal leaders who actively prevented Ali s
participation by involving him with the task of caring for a dying Muhammad. Some even task Abu
Bakr and Omar s children (including Aisha) with distracting Ali to the point of intentional obstruction.
This remains the primary disagreement between Sunni and Shi a Islam.
Tribalism is really important to remember here and goes back to our point about Islamic solidarity still
being a new concept. The Arabian Peninsula had been filled with smaller

Analysis Of Hatred By Kristallnacht
We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is
devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us.
When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies. By helping one you can make a huge
difference, but you not helping someone that is going through something like bullying, is also making
a huge difference. Your letting the problem go on longer, the only way to be against it is to stand with
others that are going through a similar situation. Hatred is an emotion that begins with prejudice and
ends with bullying, vandalism, racism,or anti semitism. Without hatred in this world, we can have
equality. Hatred is everywhere we go but the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I don t know anyone personally who has been bullied but by all the stories that i have heard i believe
have a good amount of information on how it can hurt that person being victimized. There are many
things that i learned about bullying and what it can do to someone or people around them. The main
thing i learned about bullying is that your not the problem its the bully that is going through something
and takes it out on someone else. Another thing is that by you bullying on someone else you can make
that person hard to go to places where they know you are going be present at, just to avoid you (for
example school). Another reason is that you can cause so much pain to the victim and their family.
Lastly if you take the bullying to extreme levels you can cause that person to take their live and cause
the family and friends pain. If you are caught bullying someone else you can be arrested. These are
things that i learned about bullying. By me learning all of this about bullying it makes me think on
how i would never have the guts to bully someone because you don t know what they are going
through already and you re just adding to it. Knowing you could be the reason that someone takes
their life or know you could be the one to cause a family pain would drive me crazy. I know that no
parent wants to go through something like that because i know my parents or any other parent would
want to know that there child

The prototype of norovirus was identified in 1968 by electron microscopy as a cause of Gastroenteritis
in Norwalk, Ohio. Human noroviruses are a major cause of Epidemic Gastroenteritis, and Epidemic
Gastroenteritis is a major cause of foodborne illness. Outbreaks occur throughout the year, but it is

While abnormalities are apparent in intestinal epithelial cells of norovirus infected volunteers, electron

reported following norovirus infection [71,73]. Only proximal intestinal biopsies from infected
individuals were obtained in early volunteer studies so it remains to be determined whether the distal
intestine is also affected by norovirus infection. In addition to enterocyte changes, norovirus infection
results in a mild inflammatory infiltration into the lamina propria that has been observed in humans

Psychodynamic Approach To Religion
1) As a result of the immensely diverse nature of the phenomena it intends to understand, the study of
religion requires a multitude of analytic methods. Consequently, these methods may be categorized as
either being grounded in empirical analysis of biological, psychological, or physiological data
producing a perspective which is exclusively characterized as outsider. Thus, according to this
definition, Sigmund Freud s application of his Oedipus Complex theory is a near perfect example of
an explanatory Classical Psychological Approach to religion, claiming that individuals turn to an
omnipotent, benevolent father figure (Kanaris) alleviate the sexual anxiety which develops when
children begin viewing their parent of the opposite sex as an object of desire. In this sense, Freud
negatively reduces the phenomena to an infantile form of escapism from life s hardships. Furthermore,
Freud alleges that this immature psychological response will eventually give way to the more
excellent procedure of science. (Kanaris) This conclusion makes evident the foremost flaw of

African American Marginalization Analysis
What was the most definitive legislative act of marginalization directed at African Americans prior to
1865?
In my view it s clear which legislative act marginalized African Americans the most, and would have
to be the implementation of lifelong servitude Virginia enacted in 1661. This legislation would shape
this country s use of slave labor and begin the process of marginalizing African Americans. Now there
are a number of other terribly oppressive pieces of legislation that would further marginalize African
Americans but it seems like this first act was decisive in that it normalized the use of slaves through its
ever expanding interpretation. I did not realise that before reading the chapter four in the The Ethnic

Fred Korematsu s individual rights and the rights of Americans of Japanese descent. This was clearly

Hormonal Imbalance Research Paper
Various reasons have been proven as to why people begin suffering from hair loss. Hormonal
imbalance is vital to a healthy, cancer free mind and body but can be disrupted in many ways. It can
be caused by things like toxins, menopause, perimenopause, or living an unbalanced lifestyle. A
human s hormonal cycle can and does vary at multiple different times in our lives, therefore allowing
this to have a direct impact on the quality of hair. This phase is said to be very common and is able to

Hirsutism is the name given to male patterned hair growth in females. Women who have this condition
grow dark hair on their face, feet, chest, stomach, and back. Acne, deep voice, irregular periods, and
small breasts are more symptoms of this condition. Sometimes there is no cause that can be identified
for facial hair growth in women. With respects to the relationships between hormones and our hair
growth, the role of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) hirsutism is best acknowledged(). Accordingly,
therapeutic strategies that intervene in androgen metabolism have been successfully developed for
treatment of these conditions. Clinical observations of hair conditions involving hormones beyond the
androgen horizon have determined their role in regulation of hair growth. These roles include being
growth hormones, estrogens, cortisone, and thyroid hormones. Primary GH resistance is characterized
by thin hair, while acromegaly may cause hypertrichosis. This causes hair loss and

Emperor Nero Research Paper
Emperor Nero Emperor Nero ruled from 54 A.D until his death by suicide 14 years later. His birth
name was Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus. His mother, Agrippina the Younger, was a sister of Emperor
Caligula. Nero was a great nephew of Emperor Claudius. He was also related to the Roman politician
and general, Mark Antony. Emperor Claudius had two sons from several marriages, and after marrying
Agrippina, he adopted Nero. One of his sons died when he was younger and while the other son,
Britannicus lived, Claudius liked Nero better as an Emperor. He made Nero his heir to the throne.
After Claudius died in 54 AD, Nero became the Roman emperor. When Nero became emperor, he was

He began working alongside Claudius learning about the government of Rome. He even addressed the
Roman Senate at a young age. Nero started out as a good emperor. He supported the arts, built many
public buildings, and lowered taxes. But, as his reign continued, Nero became progressively worse. He
had anyone he didn t like executed. He started to act crazy and to act more as an artist than an
emperor. He spent a lot of money on big parties and started to perform his poetry and music in public.
In 54 AD, Emperor Claudius died. Many sources believe that Nero s mother poisoned Claudius so her
son would be emperor. Nero s mother wanted to rule Rome through her son. She tried to influence his
policies and gain power for herself. Eventually, Nero got tired of his mother s influence and refused to
listen to her. Agrippina got mad and started to plot against Nero. In response, Nero murdered her. In
64 AD, a huge fire swept across Rome destroying a lot of the city. One story tells about how Nero
played the fiddle while watching Rome burn. Most sources agree that this is not true. However, there
were rumors at the time that Nero had started the fire in order to make room for his new

Rabies Is A Real Threat And Should Not Be Taken Lightly
Are you worried about catching a disease from your pet or another animal? If not, then you should be!
Rabies is a very real threat and should not be taken lightly. It is a zoonotic disease that can affect any
warm blooded creature, even the cute little bunnies. It is a highly infectious disease. Rabies is spread
through saliva and nervous system (CNS) tissue and is caused by the rhabdovirus. A simple lick from
your favorite pet or even a bite from any infected animal can give you this disease. Rabies is most
commonly seen in unvaccinated strays and wild life carrying the disease, such as foxes, raccoons,
skunks, and bats. Knowing all of the clinical signs, how the disease progresses, and your treatment
and prevention options is very important when you could be exposed to this deadly disease. Rabies is
almost always fatal and noticing the clinical signs of an infected animal just might save your life and
help you avoid exposure. Rabies infected patients may exhibit a rapid progression of neurological
signs such as cerebral dysfunction, anxiety, confusion, agitation, and abnormal behavior. Delirium,
hallucination and insomnia may also be noticed with this disease. Infected individuals may also
exhibit an itching sensation at the site of the bite wound, a fever, headache, weakness or discomfort,
and excessive salivation (foaming at the mouth) ( Clinical Signs of Rabies in Animals, 2011). If you
believe that you or your pet has been exposed to another animal

The Willpower Instinct By Kelly Mcgonigal
In our daily lives we encounter temptations and regardless of resisting or falling for them is due to the
amount of willpower you posses. In the book The willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal,
demonstrates how stress can affect our daily lives by causing us to act irrationally by listening to our
temptations however through, her teaching of self control, motivation, and the beneficial aspect of
controlling your willpower can lead to a successful and healthy human being. Facing these
temptations can be difficult when dealt with, but through the willpower experiments the cause and
effects of temptations can be learned from. One willpower challenge I currently have is my poor habit
of spending money due to the temptations that occurs when I m mostly with my social peers, but
through gaining self control, a better sense of self awareness, and motivation progresses me through
this challenge.
McGonigal demonstrated how we are heavily influenced by our social peers and how our temptations
can be effected by each other. She stated Self control is influenced by social proof, making both
willpower and temptation contagious (McGonigal 208). Being surrounded by my social peers who
constantly spend on food and fun activities, it causes me to be more susceptible to these temptations.
Sharing the same interest as my friends make it difficult for me as my peer s choices have an effect on

Some People Paint Bodies
Instead of painting on canvas like many other artists, tattoo artists paint onto human skin, engraving
their client s bodies with something meaningful. As once said by Sylvia Plath, Wear your heart on
your skin in this life (qtd. in Goodreads). Tattoos are a work of art that are unique unto themselves
because the ink goes directly onto human skin, and stays there for as long it may stay intact. Tattooing
is an art of expression that is thousands of years old in which misjudged artists create stories onto
human skin, and they are content doing so. Since the beginning, tattooing has been used for many

A tragic event, such as the loss of a loved one, can inspire one to find a way to remember them. In a
personal interview with Arjeta Batri, she described her tattoo of angel wings on her upper back. In the
middle of the wings, her late brother s name is written in eye catching cursive. Others may get tattoos
for happy memories, such as a wedding date. John DiGorgio has a tattoo of his initals in elaborate
cursive on his wrist. He was known as JD amongst his teammates while he played for the Buffalo
Bulls. JD on his wrist signifies a golden period in his life, one of the most positive time frames of his
life one that he wants to remember quite permanently. Carrie Granitz has a tattoo of the American

It is not a sign of loss or even a specific memory, but instead a symbol of her love for her daughter.
Sometimes, on fun evenings with family and friends, people get heavily intoxicated and make
profound decisions to mark themselves that will remind them of the night they had. Tattoos also tend

Characteristics Of Metaphysical Poetry
17th 18th Century:
William Cowper classified with a wittier and religious type of poetry called Metaphysical Poetry.
Metaphysical Poetry is considered to have poems that are highly intellectualized, contain strange
imagery, use paradoxes and have very complex and complicated thought. Such as in Cowper s poem
Epitaph on a Hare , he states But now, beneath this walnut shade, He finds his long, last home And
waits in snug concealment laid, Till gentler Puss shall come. Showing the complexity of the verses

Much nineteenth century verse is portrayed as neoclassical. This was the significant style utilized
consistently. Scholars utilized specific vocabulary, phrase developments, specialized terms, and
antiquities. John Dryden advanced this style in his late seventeenth century verse. Eighteenth century
verse has an atypical style in which distinct words, particularly modifiers, verbs transformed into
descriptors, and long occasional entries of depiction prevail; activity is at least; mind and incongruity
vanish. Other lovely styles made utilization of clear verse, humanistic subjects, tributes, metaphorical
symbolism, and graphic styles. Edgar Allan Poe was set in a period where the English sentimental age

the Medieval Age, love for the supernatural and the mystical and that poetry came to be regarded as
the spontaneous expression of the poet s own subjective feelings and did not conform to the poetic

The Importance Of Happiness And Happiness
Have you ever truly sat and considered what makes you truly happy? Often times, people answer
directly with the response of money. We say this without deeply considering all that we have to be
grateful for. Happiness is not achieved through wealth instead through experiences, the family we
love, and the nature that surrounds us, literature has created a great impact upon the ideals we consider
to create our happiness. The texts, High incomes don t bring you Happiness and You can buy
Happiness, if it s an Experience , completes the idea that monetary value does not bring true joy. In the
passage, High incomes don t bring you Happiness , the author states that bringing in an over excessive
amount of money will not make one happy. The author said that an overall income of around $75,000
will complete one s emotional well being, while anything over that will complete a life evaluation.
Life evaluation is the idea that if one was to look at themselves while they re in their deathbed, how
would they rate their lifestyle. This is also supported through different statements within the passage,
You can buy Happiness, if it s an Experience . Within this study, it was proven that people enjoyed
money, but often spent it on materialistic items which leaves them with a temporary feeling of
satisfaction, while when they are given a fully paid trip to the Bahamas, the feeling of peace and joy
lasts far longer than when they were to purchase an item of materialistic value. This

The Effect Of Helicopter Parenting
Helicopter parenting is a form of upbringing where a parent is more likely to help their child with all
of their problems. It is not uncommon for these parents to pay their child s bills and continue doing
their laundry among other things when they ve reached their secondary education (e.g. College,
University). (Meno) This type of parent doesn t necessarily control everything the child does, but they
protect them from any possible loss or failure in attempt to help them succeed. Though many have
different views on the parenting method, more research must be done in order to assess its
effectiveness. Though there have been countless books and studies on parenting, there have only been
a handful that thoroughly looked at the effects of helicopter parenting in particular. Research has been
put into the effects on skill development in children, commitment, and emotional stability throughout
their life. In order to understand where these effects stemmed from, research was done to compare
education level at a young age between those with helicopter parents and those without.
Impact on Skill Development When in an educational environment, it s easy to split apart those who
tried to achieve a higher grade point average, and those who didn t. This is not necessarily a reflection
of intelligence level, but rather a difference in motivation. Students with helicopter parents tend to be
less engaged in their school work when compared to those with less protective parents. (Sharon)

The Pros And Cons Of Legal Rules
Legal rules are ethical rules or norms, for every legal pattern of conduct can be expressed in a
proposition with the predicate ought to be . At the same time legal patterns of conduct are supported
by centralized power and its coordinating activity, and not merely by the mutual social interaction
which produces and reinforces the ethical group conviction[ Timasheff, 1939, p. 15]. Timasheff based
his conception of law as the union of ethics and power on four propositions: 1) legal rules are
recognized by group members; 2) legal rules are obeyed by group members; 3) legal rules are
recognized by the members of active power centers; and 4) legal rules are supported by the members
of active power centers[ Timasheff, 248]. Timaheff s second and ... Show more content on

Timasheff noted that modern jurists often deny the proposition that legal rules are obeyed. They assert
that legal rules are not commands, but directions for proper conduct. Timasheff rejected this assertion
on the ground that if legal rules are merely directions, they are indistinguishable from friendly advice.
The only way to make this important distinction, Timasheff argued, is by reference to power
structures: legal rules always express dominance and therefore, they are commands [ Timasheff 253].
Timasheff identified three specific motivations for obeying legal rules: the direct imperative
motivation, the direct attributive motivation, and the indirect motivation[ Timasheff 253]. For our
purposes here, the first is the most pertinent. Timasheff contended that the roots, instruments and
forms of the direct imperative motivation to obey the law are exactly the same as the roots,
instruments and forms of obedience within power structures, i.e., dominance, submission, unequal
social interaction and power relationships[Timasheff,

Analysis of Much Ado About Nothing Essay
Analysis of Much Ado About Nothing Much Ado About Nothing illustrates a kind of deliberately
puzzling title that seems to have been popular in the late 1590s (ex quot;As You Like It quot;). Indeed,
the play is about nothing; it follows the relationships of Claudio and Hero (which is constantly
hampered by plots to disrupt it), and in the end, the play culminates in the two other main characters
falling in love (Beatrice and Bena*censored*), which, because it was an event that was quite
predictable, proves to be quot;much ado about nothing quot;. The pronunciation of the word nothing
would, in the late 16th Century, have been noting, and so the title also apparently suggests a pun on
the word, noting, and on the use of the word ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This attitude is reflected in Shakespeare s plays. For example, in Much Ado About Nothing, many f
the characters have Italian names (Borachio, Claudio, etc.). This is also true of some of Shakespeare s
others plays such as The Taming of the Shrew, and Romeo and Juliet. Major Themes One of the major
themes in Much Ado About Nothing centers around the question and battle between deception and
reality. One first notices of the image of deception as we witness the masking and unmasking at the
masquerade. In the play, most overhear discussions are deceptions. It is through eavesdropping that we
see the true battle between deception and reality as we look at the subplots of Bene*censored* and
Beatrice, Hero and Claudio, as well as the comedy of Dogberry and his crew. The relationship
between Bene*censored* and Beatrice is one manufactured completely through deception on the
behalf of their friends. Though the plot to unite them was planned, many of the problems that arose
were because of things that were overheard accidentally or on purpose. In Act II, Scene 3
Bene*censored* is deceived into thinking that Beatrice loves him because of the speech in the garden
between Leonato, Claudio, and Don Pedro. Beatrice is sent to fetch Bene*censored* for dinner, and
Bene*censored* notes some marks of love in her[Beatrice], (240 241) and he decides to take pity
upon her and return her love. In Act III, Scene 1 Beatrice

The Theory Of Oedipus Complex
Introduction The term Oedipal complex was initially used by Sigmund Freud as he developed a theory
to explain the stages of psychosexual stages of development in an attempt to explain or describe the
boy child feelings of attraction to the mother and anger and envy towards the father (Fear, 2005).
Basically, the boy may feel like he is competing with the father for the belonging and possession of
the mother. The boy sees the father as a threat for her affections, desires and attentions. In terms of the
psychoanalytic theory, Oedipus complex may refer to the desire of a child to sexual engagement with
a parent of opposite sex, specifically the boy s amatory concentration, attention and attraction to the
mother. Freud argues that the complexity of Oedipus plays an imperative function in the stage of
Phallic where a kid undergoes psychosexual growth. Freud also trusts that if the stage completes
successfully and the child manages to involve himself or herself with a parent of opposite gender
ultimately, this involvement leads to the development of a sexual identity that is mature. As this theory
explains, the boy child admires to seize or possess the mother fully and if possible out do the father,
who this child always sees as a great enemy of the mother s love. The Freud Oedipus complex usually
happens or takes place in the phallic stage of the children between the ages of three to five years, who
at this age undergoes psychosexual development. This stage in the real sense

What are the prevailing issues for and against legalization of marijuana? Just because something is
labelled as illegal does not mean it is bad. Likewise, when something is labelled as legal does not

drastically. A few decades ago, the idea of smoking Marijuana was perceived as a menace to the public
and the discussion of legalizing Marijuana was greatly frowned upon. Particularly during the early
1970 s when President Nixon proposed the war on drugs policy, where he proclaimed, The public
enemy number one in the United States is drug abuse (Sharp, 1994, p.1). Despite the war on drugs

What Makes Jack Nickolson A Hero
I love scarey stories. If a new scarey movie is out with a really bad villan, I will go immediately. Most
people are wimps and can not handle a loit of blood and gore, but not me. I m thick skinned and don t
close my eyes at all.
Everyone want to badmouth the villian, but he is critical to the success of a story. Without a villian,
you just don t realize how great the hero is. The villian plays many important roles. He helps develop
the plot. He is the antagonist, the opponent, the enemy. usually he loses too, so we usually get to
celebrate victory of good over evil. this makes us all happy, smile, and enjoy the movie more. The
actors love this too because they make more money.
i do not have a favorite villain, there are so many to chose from. Certainly the Joker in the Batman
movies stands out for me. Jack Nickolson plays the part so well. His voice, his makeup, his actions are
just so mean. Nickolson was also very good in A Few Good Men. When he exploded at the end of the

Limitations Of Reducing Crime In A School Environment
Limitations of reducing crime in a school environment.
There are always limitations to deter actions at school because the environment is meant to be a safe
haven for children and teens to go in and get a proper education. So, stepping up security in schools is
not always possible because parents would not always support the advancement of security, due to
risks with safety and the atmosphere where they would not want their children in. The focus of my
qualitative research is to find if there is a correlation between the level of education that a person has
and the amount of crime they commit/ will commit based on their educational level. The objectives
during the study will be to find certain patterns that may underline why or why not crime rates differ
based on the level of education that a person has. One question and objective of the study is to find out
whether extracurricular activities advocate students to avoid committing crimes because they were a
part of a different society outside of the classroom and that would hypothetically reduce crime because
they value their person more.

market leaders.
Nike is an American multinational corporation, which produces footwear, clothes, equipment and
other active sport items (Feifer 2014). The company was founded in 1964 by Phil Knight and Bill
Bowerman. Nike uses specific method of advertising, which differentiates it from other sports
companies; it creates motivational short videos, which promote sport and inspire people to stay fit.
Hence, making an accent on sport, but not sportswear, Nike attracts customers in nonintrusive manner.
In 2013, the total revenue of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Due to the new small brands, Adidas promotes its own brands, making additional advertisements for
its products. In addition, Adidas is not solely concentrated on the sportsmen s demands. The
promotion strategy also concentrates on an average consumer who has or may have no connection
with sport life. Hence, the promotion strategy of Adidas embraces wider range of opportunities, which
give some advantages for products promotion, comparing to Nike.
Adidas uses high low pricing method as a key instrument of price regulation. First, the company sells
new goods using the high price, but offers significant discounts, which make the price lower up to
50% (Seroka amp; Love Johnson 2005). On the one hand, the point of this strategy is to demonstrate
customers the availability of the products and the company s loyal attitude to its clients. On the other
hand, Nike tries to offer an average price on its products. Hence, a Nike s brand may cost up to 20%
cheaper than a similar product introduced by Adidas (Holmes amp; Bernstein 2004). In fact, both
companies will receive almost the same revenue for a new product line, but the amount of the profit
will be different at the beginning and at the end of the selling.
In conclusion, it can be said that both companies do well and have their own loyal customers. Despite
the differences in the marketing strategies, they are able to stay on the top of the global market. From
my point of view, Nike should pay more

We Must Fight Against Animal Abuse
Strapline Claire Brown urges us to speak for these creatures who lack a voice, for who will if we don
t?
Nut Graf As young teenagers of today we need to stand up against animal abuse and fight for their
rights!
Hook Every day in New Zealand animals are beaten, neglected, or forced to struggle for survival. For
some neglected animals, they have little hope for survival and are forced to live out their days without
the compassion they deserve. Some lucky animals are found and rescued, given the chance to
experience how great life and humans can be; others aren t so lucky. To grow as a nation, we must
fight for these abused animals rights and severely punish heartless neglectful owners. We need to be
their voices!. Animals are living beings, not to be treated like objects. The ill treatment of animals is
sometimes not thought of as a crime and these cases are regularly ignored. What would you do if you
saw an animal being hurt, would you walk away or stand up and fight against animal abuse! We are
the next generation and we need to be fighting for their lives, for who else will if we don t.
Subheading What is Animal Cruelty?
Body Copy As young teenagers of today, we need to be educating ourselves on why these animal
abuse cases never make it into the public spotlight. One of the biggest reasons for this is that even if
someone like you, reports animal abuse, the request is potentially not thoroughly investigated. In the
rare case when legal action is taken

Analysis Of Tom Robinson And Mr. Raymond In To Kill A...
Two men, one town, one problem. In the book To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, Tom Robinson
and Mr. Raymond are both judged by society. Atticus, Tom s defender, puts up a great counter
argument and convinces the whole court that Tom is not guilty. Tom losses the trial. Mr. Raymond is
the town drunk. He walks around town drunk with whisky in his hand. Mr. Raymond doesn t care that
people talk about him drinking because it avoids the subject of his wife. Sometimes, to be able to hear
the song of a bird, you have to shut your eyes. Tom Robinson gets sent to trial for raping Mayella
Ewell. Atticus convinces the whole court that Tom is not guilty, but he still ends up losing. He lost

Raymond s was not. Throughout town, Mr. Raymond is known as the town drunk. However, he is
falsifying this claim. He uses the label town drunk to cover the fact he is married to a black woman.
He walks around town pretending to be drunk, a brown bag with a bottle of Coke a Cola in it. Since he
is known as a drunk, it allows people to accept that he is married to a black women. The people think
that he did it cause he was drunk and not thinking properly, but he was thinking clearly. Mr. Raymond
wanted to marry her. He just uses being drunk as an excuse. So, he walks around town pretending to
be drunk, but why. Mr. Raymond does this so people don t make fun of him or think bad of him. This
is so he can stay with his wife and live the way he wants to live. Mr. Raymond even says it himself,
Secretly, Miss Finch, I m not much of a drinker, but you see they could never understand that I live
like I do because that s the way I want to live. (Lee 200). This proves that this is what he wants, but
why can t people hear his song? It s because if they did they would never understand. So, Mr.
Raymond hides his song. He hides it by pretending to be a drunk man. This is a time Mr. Ramond
shows that he is hiding his song, Some folks don t like the way I live. Now I could say hell with em, I
don t care if they don t like it. I do say I don t care if they don t like it, right enough but I don t say the

The Trans Pacific Partnership ( Tpp )
Introduction Passed in October 2015, the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) is the largest free trade
agreement (FTA) to date, comprising nearly 40% of the world s economy. Countries including the
United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, South Korea and Mexico, among others share a common
economic characteristic of a gross domestic production exceeding 1 trillion dollars annually. Other
developing pacific countries included within the TPP include Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Vietnam,
Singapore, Chile, Brunei, and New Zealand. After a decade of negotiation, this economic policy is
exceptionally influential in developing countries among the global economy. International relations
aim to lower trade barriers for partners of the TPP, making it easier and more profitable for imports
and exports to exchange between countries. Lower trade barriers, mainly reduced taxes and tariffs, are
expected to promote economic growth, support the creation and retention of jobs, enhance innovation,
productivity and competitiveness, raise living standards, reduce poverty, and enhance labor and
environmental protections (Vincent 2014). This review thoroughly examines current environmental
policy, and outlays implications for policy specific regulations included within the TPP to enhance the
environmental conservation of habitat for marine mammals. A well known premise is that past
behavior is the best indicator of future behavior. Thus, by examining the environmental policy of past
trade agreements, and

Evaluation of Turkey 2.1 Turkey is a great developing country which has the world s 15th largest GDP PPP and 17th largest nominal GDP. Thirdly, political and policies in many countries take joint venture as a prior entrance mode. Eventually, since vehicle industry has become a main industry in Turkey, there must be good performance from the whole industry chain that CG would have a lot of competitors and hard to enter the market If it choose greenfield or acquisition. 3.2 On the other hand, less risk means CG would lose profits when choosing joint venture mode. In addition, management for mixing two companies can lead to conflicts and battles if there objectives are changed or difference. Base on the advantages and disadvantages above, joint venture is the best choice after balancing the risk and the profit earning. 4. Some culture guidelines for operating in Turkey 4.1 There have culture differences between Turkey and German. Culture shared norms based on value, attitudes and beliefs. (Daniels. J. D, Radebaugh. L. • 3. Dancers At West Side Dance Studio West Side Dance Studio is a dance studio in Pembroke Pines, Florida. I used to dance in that studio for four years. Out of the four years, the most important concept I learned is that dancers do not use their words to express emotion, they use their body. The teachers at West Side Dance Studio always express how important it is to tell a story with our bodies. That is why we dance, to express emotion and tell a story to our audience when performing and even in class. Dancers at West Side Dance Studio use body language to accomplish their goal of expressing emotion and telling a story to the audience. My purpose for writing this research paper is to explain how dancers at West Side Dance Studio use body movements as language to express ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... They will have an insight on how this discourse community functions and their use of lexis, use of specific terms. As the reader will see later on the essay, dancers at this community use french vocabulary. Ballet vocabulary is in French so when dancers in this community are in ballet class, they use french terminology. In addition to the interviews, I will use personal experience to show how West Side Dance Studio accomplishes its goals. Body language is important in the dance community, especially at West Side Dance Studio. By definition, body language is a means of communicating meaning nonverbally through gestures, posture, and movements. Some definitions also include facial expressions (Rholetter). Dancers use gestures, posture, movements, and facial expressions all the time to communicate with each other. When performing especially, a dancer communicates through gestures and facial expressions. West Side Dance Studio would often be asked to perform in carnivals. The studio s owner, which also happened to be one my teachers, thought the dancers should perform at this carnivals and use them as practice for our performance facial expressions. The more we danced at carnivals, the more chances we got to practice how we would communicate on stage when performing the dance recitals. In a personal point of view, the more I performed at carnivals, the more confident I got when performing on stage. I felt as ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 5. My First Day In High School Today is August 10th, 2065 and it is my first day of Year 6 and I am only 9 years old. I sighed as I finished speaking for the online journal and I watched the spoken words turn to typed words on the holographic screen. I closed my eyes and put my head in the palm of my pale hand as I closed up the journal, unable to think of anything else to write at the moment. After a few more seconds of just sitting at the desk, I decided I could just finish writing later, so, I decided to get ready for my final year at the Skill School. Skill School is the first school all kids are enrolled in. Everyone starts at age 5 and typically leaves at age 11 to go to one of four secondary schools: Offense, Defense, Agriculture, or Health. Or if you aren t skilled enough to make it to one of those schools you got placed in the fifth, inferior school, the Other School. I started school at age 5, just like every other normal kid does. I went through Years 1, 2, and 3 but last year I got a letter during our break saying I was being bumped to Year 6 at barely 9 years old. My heart raced along in time with my thoughts about the day. If I was being honest, I was feeling rather nervous and..scared I guess, though, scared doesn t really cover exactly how I m feeling. Some even task Abu Bakr and Omar s children (including Aisha) with distracting Ali to the point of intentional obstruction. This remains the primary disagreement between Sunni and Shi a Islam. The texts, High incomes don t bring you Happiness and You can buy Happiness, if it s an Experience , completes the idea that monetary value does not bring true joy. In the passage, High incomes don t bring you Happiness , the author states that bringing in an over excessive amount of money will not make one happy. The author said that an overall income of around $75,000 will complete one s emotional well being, while anything over that will complete a life evaluation. Life evaluation is the idea that if one was to look at themselves while they re in their deathbed, how would they rate their lifestyle. • 29. The Effect Of Helicopter Parenting Helicopter parenting is a form of upbringing where a parent is more likely to help their child with all of their problems. It is not uncommon for these parents to pay their child s bills and continue doing their laundry among other things when they ve reached their secondary education (e.g. College, University). (Meno) This type of parent doesn t necessarily control everything the child does, but they protect them from any possible loss or failure in attempt to help them succeed. Though many have different views on the parenting method, more research must be done in order to assess its effectiveness. Though there have been countless books and studies on parenting, there have only been a handful that thoroughly looked at the effects of helicopter parenting in particular. Research has been put into the effects on skill development in children, commitment, and emotional stability throughout their life. In order to understand where these effects stemmed from, research was done to compare education level at a young age between those with helicopter parents and those without. Impact on Skill Development When in an educational environment, it s easy to split apart those who tried to achieve a higher grade point average, and those who didn t. This is not necessarily a reflection of intelligence level, but rather a difference in motivation. Students with helicopter parents tend to be less engaged in their school work when compared to those with less protective parents. (Sharon) ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 30. The Pros And Cons Of Legal Rules Legal rules are ethical rules or norms, for every legal pattern of conduct can be expressed in a proposition with the predicate ought to be . At the same time legal patterns of conduct are supported by centralized power and its coordinating activity, and not merely by the mutual social interaction which produces and reinforces the ethical group conviction[ Timasheff, 1939, p. 15]. Timasheff based his conception of law as the union of ethics and power on four propositions: 1) legal rules are recognized by group members; 2) legal rules are obeyed by group members; 3) legal rules are recognized by the members of active power centers; and 4) legal rules are supported by the members of active power centers[ Timasheff, 248]. They assert that legal rules are not commands, but directions for proper conduct. Timasheff rejected this assertion on the ground that if legal rules are merely directions, they are indistinguishable from friendly advice. The only way to make this important distinction, Timasheff argued, is by reference to power structures: legal rules always express dominance and therefore, they are commands [ Timasheff 253]. Timasheff identified three specific motivations for obeying legal rules: the direct imperative motivation, the direct attributive motivation, and the indirect motivation[ Timasheff 253]. For our purposes here, the first is the most pertinent. Timasheff contended that the roots, instruments and forms of the direct imperative motivation to obey the law are exactly the same as the roots, instruments and forms of obedience within power structures, i.e., dominance, submission, unequal social interaction and power relationships[Timasheff, ... • 31. Analysis of Much Ado About Nothing Essay Analysis of Much Ado About Nothing Much Ado About Nothing illustrates a kind of deliberately puzzling title that seems to have been popular in the late 1590s (ex quot;As You Like It quot;). Indeed, the play is about nothing; it follows the relationships of Claudio and Hero (which is constantly hampered by plots to disrupt it), and in the end, the play culminates in the two other main characters falling in love (Beatrice and Bena*censored*), which, because it was an event that was quite predictable, proves to be quot;much ado about nothing quot;. The pronunciation of the word nothing would, in the late 16th Century, have been noting, and so the title also apparently suggests a pun on the word, noting, and on the use of the word ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This attitude is reflected in Shakespeare s plays. For example, in Much Ado About Nothing, many f the characters have Italian names (Borachio, Claudio, etc.). This is also true of some of Shakespeare s others plays such as The Taming of the Shrew, and Romeo and Juliet. Major Themes One of the major themes in Much Ado About Nothing centers around the question and battle between deception and reality. One first notices of the image of deception as we witness the masking and unmasking at the masquerade. In the play, most overhear discussions are deceptions. It is through eavesdropping that we see the true battle between deception and reality as we look at the subplots of Bene*censored* and Beatrice, Hero and Claudio, as well as the comedy of Dogberry and his crew. The relationship between Bene*censored* and Beatrice is one manufactured completely through deception on the behalf of their friends. Though the plot to unite them was planned, many of the problems that arose were because of things that were overheard accidentally or on purpose. In Act II, Scene 3 Bene*censored* is deceived into thinking that Beatrice loves him because of the speech in the garden between Leonato, Claudio, and Don Pedro. Beatrice is sent to fetch Bene*censored* for dinner, and Bene*censored* notes some marks of love in her[Beatrice], (240 241) and he decides to take pity upon her and return her love. • 32. The Theory Of Oedipus Complex Introduction The term Oedipal complex was initially used by Sigmund Freud as he developed a theory to explain the stages of psychosexual stages of development in an attempt to explain or describe the boy child feelings of attraction to the mother and anger and envy towards the father (Fear, 2005). Basically, the boy may feel like he is competing with the father for the belonging and possession of the mother. The boy sees the father as a threat for her affections, desires and attentions. In terms of the psychoanalytic theory, Oedipus complex may refer to the desire of a child to sexual engagement with a parent of opposite sex, specifically the boy s amatory concentration, attention and attraction to the mother. Freud argues that the complexity of Oedipus plays an imperative function in the stage of Phallic where a kid undergoes psychosexual growth. Freud also trusts that if the stage completes successfully and the child manages to involve himself or herself with a parent of opposite gender ultimately, this involvement leads to the development of a sexual identity that is mature. As this theory explains, the boy child admires to seize or possess the mother fully and if possible out do the father, who this child always sees as a great enemy of the mother s love. The Freud Oedipus complex usually happens or takes place in the phallic stage of the children between the ages of three to five years, who at this age undergoes psychosexual development. Just because something is labelled as illegal does not mean it is bad. Likewise, when something is labelled as legal does not mean it is not bad. Throughout the progression of time, the Western outlook on Marijuana has changed drastically. A few decades ago, the idea of smoking Marijuana was perceived as a menace to the public and the discussion of legalizing Marijuana was greatly frowned upon. Particularly during the early 1970 s when President Nixon proposed the war on drugs policy, where he proclaimed, The public enemy number one in the United States is drug abuse (Sharp, 1994, p.1). There are always limitations to deter actions at school because the environment is meant to be a safe haven for children and teens to go in and get a proper education. So, stepping up security in schools is not always possible because parents would not always support the advancement of security, due to risks with safety and the atmosphere where they would not want their children in. The focus of my qualitative research is to find if there is a correlation between the level of education that a person has and the amount of crime they commit/ will commit based on their educational level. The objectives during the study will be to find certain patterns that may underline why or why not crime rates differ based on the level of education that a person has. One question and objective of the study is to find out whether extracurricular activities advocate students to avoid committing crimes because they were a part of a different society outside of the classroom and that would hypothetically reduce crime because they value their person more. Limitations of identifying a correct correspondence of a certain variable to the others. Limitations of being able to identify school conditions.
