and relevant articles about workplace based health promotion. A total of nine articles from the last
ten years have been assessed for relevance for the study. Data Analysis To evaluate the studies,

demographic, methods, major findings, limitations and article focus. Data were analysed using
content analysis to produce a descriptive summary of the content. Results were independently

main areas that borderline personality disorder is related to are moods and relationships; both of
these areas tend to be quite unstable. The element about borderline personality disorder that I was
not aware of was the increased risk that they have of injury or even death by their own hands. It is a
common stereotype that is depicted in the media that those with psychological disorders are always

The Right to Liberty and the Right to Equal Protection in the Fourteenth Amendment In the
United States Constitution, the Fourteenth Amendment states No State shall make or enforce
any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor
shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor
deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. (Law.Cornell) Many of
the cases that have been addressed in the Supreme Court book, written by Jack Fruchtman Jr.,
show the readers the rulings of the case and if either the Due Process of Law and the Equal
Protection of the laws has or has not been applied. In the case of Plessy v. Ferguson, Homer
Plessy was arrested for refusing to sit in a Jim Crow car. In this case, the Due Process Clause was
addressed when the separate but equal doctrine was introduced. Because the separate but equal
doctrine upheld the constitutionality of segregation, the Supreme Court ruled that the Fourteenth
Amendment was not violated. In addition, the Due Process Clause also enforced equality of the
two races. As well as the Due Process Clause, the Equal Protection Clause was addressed in this
case because states could not deprive any person of the Equal Protection Clause (wikipedia). In

caused by enormous growth of goods and prices of shares in the United States during 1920s.
Companies were producing more products than they could sell, while most Americans could not
