This document describes a solar tracking system that uses light dependent resistors (LDRs), a microcontroller, and a servomotor to automatically rotate a solar panel towards the sun. The system uses 3 LDRs placed 30 degrees apart to sense light intensity in different directions. It can detect light across a 180 degree range. The microcontroller compares the LDR readings and controls the servomotor to rotate the panel towards the area with highest light intensity. This allows the panel to continuously face the sun and generate more electrical power than a fixed panel. The system aims to efficiently track the sun's movement and increase solar energy collection.
