Waves
The spectroscopy lab centralized on the properties of waves and they relate to the
emission spectrum, however one must understand the Bohr model of the atom first. The
Bohr model for the atom depicts a planetary like structure, with a positively charged
nucleus in the center with small, negatively charged electrons rotating around in specific,
fixed orbits at different distances from the nucleus. When an electrontransitions from a
higher orbital, where it is in its excited state, back down to a lower orbital where it is
relaxed or in its ground state, it emits light. The emitted light is a result of the electron
releasing the previously absorbed energy. It is possible to observe an electron in one
state or another, however an electron never possesses the capability to be observed in
between states. Transitions between states that are closer together, produce a light of
lower energy transitions of a longer distance.
A spectroscope is able to display the emitted light by presenting the bright interference
patterns of the diverse wavelengths which make up the spectrum. By looking through the
eyepiece, a spectrum will appear on either side of the slit the slit starts all of the light
waves passing down the tube in phase so that they arrive at the slits in the diffraction
grating at the same time. When wavelengths are in phase, they create constructive
interference, which results in double the amplification, while wave lengths that are out of
phase produce destructive

Abstract Eco feminism grows from the idea that a woman s ethic are closer and in

THE LINK BETWEEN STOCK PRICES AND THE ECONOMY
Economic theory proposes that there should be a strong link between economic activity
and stock prices, given that its price is the discounted present value of the firm s payout.
If this payout is finally a function of real activity, such a link should exist.
There are several theoretical propositions suggesting how stock prices can have a direct
impact on economic output, which further strengthens the link amongst these two
variables.
1.The first link was proposed by Tobin in 1969. The focus is on the impact that share
prices have on the cost of capital. The coefficient that captures this is called Tobin s Q,
which is given by the ratio of market value of current capital to the cost of replacement
capital. When the prices of shares are high, the value of the firm to the replacement
cost of its capital is also high i.e., the Tobin s Q is also high. Furthermore, this leads to
rise in investment expenditure and thus causes a rise in the aggregate economic output
as for firms it is easier to finance their investment expenditures. This is because
investment would be simpler as it would require a lower share offering in a situation of
a higher price for

Georgia O Keeffe
The meaning of a word to me is not as exact as the meaning of a color. Colors and
shapes make a more definite statement than words. I write this because such odd things
have been done about me with words. I have often been told what to paint. I am often
amazed at the spoken and written word telling me what I have painted. I make this effort
because no one else can know how my paintings happen. Where I was born and where
and how I have lived is unimportant. It is what I have done with where I have been that
should be of interest.

The size of the bloom relative to a human really reflected the relative importance of
nature and mankind in the artist s eyes. Georgia O Keeffe painted everything from
lilies, jonquils, daisies, irises, sweet peas, morning glories, poppies, forget me nots,
marigolds, poinsettias, orchids, sunflowers, petunias, marigolds, and many more were
reborn in her paintings. O Keeffe wasn t happy because people looked at her paintings
and tried to see them in the way of a female. She said, Well I made you take time to look
at what I saw and when you took time to really notice my flower you hung all your own
associations with flowers on my flower and you write about my flower as if I think
and see what you think and see of the flower and I don t. She did not like the idea that
people thought she painted the way she did because she was a female. She painted that
way because that was how she saw things. The flowers that she created epitomize her
growth, success, magnetism, and energy at that certain stage in her career. Her choice to
paint these flowers was influenced by her early training, natural attraction to flowers, and
the idea of something fresh and fragile.
Close observations of O Keeffe s flowers show that she never really pursued the
realistic approach. She didn t paint every petal and detail. Instead she gave her flowers a
life of their own, and expression that changed significantly
5. Advantages And Disadvantages Of The ICP Over Other...
The main analytical advantages of the ICP over other excitation sources are: (1)
Arrangement of elements could be measured in single analysis cycle (2) Accurate to
determine elemental concentration (3) Capability for efficient and reproducible
vaporization, atomization, excitation, and ionization for a wide range of elements in
various sample matrices. This is probably due to the high temperature of about 6000
7000 K, in the observation zones of the ICP. This temperature is much higher than the
maximum temperature of flames or furnaces of about (3300 K). The high temperature
of the ICP also makes it capable of exciting refractory elements, and renders it less prone
to matrix interferences (Xiandeng,H. Bradley, T.J. 2000). In review, there were many
studies among this topic as each country aims to ensure the quality and safety of their

Books can take readers to certain places they have never seen before without having
them even leave their room. There are people who may not enjoy reading as much but
there will always be one story, one author that changes their opinion about reading.
Numerous authors put in day and night composing shitty first drafts just to make a story
someone or many will never forget. Camus presents a philosophy devoid of religious
belief and middle class morality, where condemnation of choice and personal honesty
become the bases of a happy and meaningful life.

7. Charlotte Beers At Ogilvy And Mather Essay examples
BACKGROUND
Charlotte Beers became Ogilvy Mather s first outsider CEO after its acquisition by
WPP Group Plc in 1991. According to her memo dated May 19th, Beers objective was
to re invent the mega agency, whose inertia and complacency had eroded its
competitiveness since the 1980s. In fact, Beer s tenure at Ogilvy constituted a re creation
of the agency, redefining its aims, processes, people, and structure in reaction to the
demands placed by the changing advertising industry.
ANALYSIS
The main issue that confronted Beers was initiating and instituting organizational change
at the core level. She assumed the leadership of Ogilvy at a time when the organization
was internally bleeding. Charismatic founder David Ogilvy s ... Show more content on

Furthermore, Ogilvy s chronic failure to institute systems for managing collaboration
across regions contributed to a general lack of financial discipline, lack of focus on cost,
and lack of structured decision making that had cumulative negative effects on the
company. As a result, Ogilvy s competitive advantage as the most local of the
internationals, the most international of the locals was undermined by competitors
consistently lower costs.
Compounding Ogilvy s problems was the perception that media advertising was a mere
commodity, leading bargain hunting clients fled to new, lower cost boutique creative
shops. Ultimately, despite its consistent 15% up market performance, and the success of
the independent subsidiary Ogilvy Direct, Ogilvy lost over $100 million in advertising
contracts from longtime clients including Unilever, Shell, Seagram s, Nutrasweet,
Campbell, Roy Rogers and American Express. Its net income actually decreased by 2.8%
in 1991.
Clearly, beleaguered Ogilvy s new CEO needed to prevent further decline by instituting
changes that were long overdue:
1.Redefine the corporate vision based on Brand Stewardship;
2.Modify the organizational structure to facilitate collaboration among the company s
various regional and local offices and central office; and
3.Resolve the centralization vs. localization issue more definitively, in terms of authority
and compensation. OBSTACLES TO CHANGE Beers

I went to go see 2 Pianos 4 Hands at Neptune Theatre on March 6th; I have attached the
ticket and the program. I was impressed overall with the vocal performance but there
were a few things that I noticed. The breath support was diaphragmatic for the most of
the play but I did notice some upper chest breathing in Richard Todd Adams, who
played Ted. I only noticed this when he was downstage and delivering his speech. Bryce
Kulak, who played Richard, seemed to be breathing diaphragmatically the whole time.
The sound quality was all over the place with both actors but it was clearly a character
choice. When the actors were switching between different characters they added glottal
attacks to show the harshness of their character. When there was a particularly strict
teacher, extra glottal attacks were added and when they were playing children their
voice seemed to have more of a soft quality. One of the things I really admired about
this show was how the actors used every part of their voice. They used techniques that
would normally be considered bad habits or could be potentially harmful for the voice
but being at the end of the run I could not detect any strain on their voices, which means
that they are supporting all the work, they are doing. When Mr. Kulak was playing a
woman his pitch went up, and then it went back too his center... Show more content on

There were a lot of musical terms but I don t think this limited their audience to just

tonnes of accents in this show as stated above. Some examples of them were Canadian,
British, Italian and French. In summation this was a wonderful play performed superbly.

9. Essay On Phencyclidine
Chronic phencyclidine induces inflammatory responses and activates GSK3ОІ in mice.
Use of phencyclidine (PCP) in rodents can mimic some aspects of schizophrenia.
However, the underlying mechanism is still unclear. Growing evidence indicates that
neuroinflammation plays a significant role in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia. In
this study, we focused on inflammatory responses as target of PCP for inducing
schizophrenia like symptoms. 3 month old C57BL/6J mice received daily injections of
PCP (20 mg/kg, i.p.) or saline for one week. PCP injected mice produced schizophrenia
like behaviours including impaired spatial short term memory assessed by the Y maze

Therefore, the pathological process underlying schizophrenia may involve
neuroinflammatory responses in the central nervous system (CNS).
Noncompetitive N methyl d aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonists, including
phencyclidine (PCP), evoke schizophrenia like psychosis and cognitive deficits in healthy
humans [10, 11] and similar cognitive deficits and hyperlocomotion related to positive
symptoms in rodents [12, 13, 14, 15]. Studies on the behavioural deficits induced by PCP
have focused on its possible mechanism in disrupting glutamatergic NMDA
neurotransmission leading to neuronal degeneration [16]. One study has shown that there
was an increased expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) after chronic PCP
administration in rats [17]. Therefore, it is important to address the neuroinflammatory
changes in the PCP induced mouse model of schizophrenia.
Glycogen synthase kinase 3ОІ (GSK3ОІ) is a key regulator in various physiological
pathways, including protein synthesis, cell differentiation, apoptosis and cell survival
[18]. It has been demonstrated that GSK3ОІ signaling is impaired in schizophrenia [19].
Furthermore, GSK3ОІ inhibition attenuates activation of the proinflammatory
transcription factor nuclear factor kappa B (NFОєB), as well as the resulting effects on
NFОєB mediated gene expression, indicating that GSK3ОІ

11. Parental Neglect By Roald Dahl s Matilda And Neil Gaiman...
Child abuse, in any form, is cause for outrage. This makes the question of whether
neglect, benign or otherwise, is better than violence hard to consider. According to
Canada s Public Health Agency, parental neglect, at 34% of cases, is the most commonly
reported form of child maltreatment (31). In Roald Dahls Matilda and Neil Gaiman s
Coraline, parental neglect is contrasted against violence as both are shown to be
psychologically detrimental to a child, while the impact of these imperfect parents is
able to help a child redefine their sense of self.
The overt neglect of her prodigal intellect experienced by Matilda leaves her feeling
misunderstood and an outsider in her family which differs from the perceived neglect
which leaves Coraline struggling with her sense of self. Born to parents described as
gormless (Dahl 4), Matilda is both blessed and cursed with a prodigal intellect.
Causing Matilda to crave knowledge, it is her intellect that leads her at the age of four
years and three months (9), to defy her parents and everyday walk to the library.
Matilda admits to this neglect to Mrs. Phelps, the librarian, when she tells her of her
mother, She doesn t encourage reading books. Nor does my father (10). With this
statement Matilda shows how her parents have neglected to foster her intellect. Matilda s
eagerness to digest information, and the fact that the only book in the Wormwood home
is her mother s cookbook, elaborates how she differs from her parents.

Kurt Lewin and the Planned Approach to Change:
A Re appraisal

пќЎпќўпќіпќґпќІпќЎпќЈпќґ The work of Kurt Lewin dominated the theory and practice
of change management for over 40 years. However, in the past 20 years, Lewin s
approach to change, particularly the 3 Step model, has attracted major criticisms. The
key ones are that his work: assumed organizations operate in a stable state; was only
suitable for small scale change projects; ignored organizational power and politics; and
was top down and management driven. This article seeks to re appraise Lewin s work
and challenge the validity of these views. It begins by describing Lewin s background

The article concludes by arguing that rather than being outdated, Lewin s Planned
approach is still very relevant to the needs of the modern world.
LEWIN S BACKGROUND
Few social scientists can have received the level of praise and admiration that has been
heaped upon Kurt Lewin (Ash, 1992; Bargal et al., 1992; Dent and
Goldberg, 1999; Dickens and Watkins, 1999; Tobach, 1994). As Edgar Schein
(1988, p. 239) enthusiastically commented:
There is little question that the intellectual father of contemporary theories of applied
behavioural science, action research and planned change is Kurt Lewin.
His seminal work on leadership style and the experiments on planned change which took
place in World War II in an effort to change consumer behaviour launched a whole
generation of research in group dynamics and the implementation of change programs.
978 B. Burnes
Blackwell Publishing Ltd 2004For most of his life, Lewin s main preoccupation was
the resolution of social con flict and, in particular, the problems of minority or
disadvantaged groups. Underpinning this preoccupation was a strong belief that only
the permeation of democratic values into all facets of society could prevent the worst
extremes of social conflict. As his wife wrote in the Preface to a volume of his
collected work published after his death:
Kurt Lewin was so constantly and predominantly preoccupied with the task of advancing

Lush has been fighting animal testing for many years. The founders of Lush, Mark

their original business, Cosmetics To Go. (Lushusa.com, 2002). They ve continued
supporting this cause, and have been successful in the sector of anti animal testing. Lush
has been working with various animal pressure groups, and have been very successful

helped pass the Cosmetics Directive that restricts cosmetic companies from testing their

social media usage, as it is a free medium, as well as word of mouth. Lush has also made
a Twitter account specifically dedicated to the animal cruelty that is occurring. Another
tactic Lush has adopted is shock value, which is a tactic used to disgust or shock the
viewer leaving them with a strong message. An example of Lush utilizing this technique
was seen during the human demonstration at Lush Regent Street. Lush s campaign within
the EU was considered a success. They have helped pass the

Throughout...
Evolving Media Bias Media bias is becoming increasingly popular throughout the nation
with the advancement of technology. Since the 1920 s, people have strayed away from
newspapers and have instead relied on radio, television, and social media sources for
their news. Although, public trust in the media since then has been decreasing
dramatically, why? Some believe it to be bias in news stories and journalism. The larger
the bias becomes the more the public loses trust in media sources. So, how have we
gone from a time where media bias was accepted and viewed as normal to a time where
bias isn t tolerated and regulations must be put into place to prevent it?
First, we will look at how technological and legal changes may have changed
perceptions on media bias. Second we will discuss the two main viewpoints on the issue:
conservative and liberal. Third and foremost, we will discuss professional journalism
norms as well as the arguments on journalist objectivity. The first newspaper was
created in the 1690 s and persevered as the main news source till the 1900 s.
Newspapers during this time often reflected the opinions of their owners. Some even
reflected the opinions of wealthy politicians who supported them. Bias was apart of the
formative years for a long time; therefore, citizens disliked any unbiased reports. As time
went on, newspapers grew less popular as their reports became more unbiased and as
technology advanced. When the 19th century rolled around, technology

to entertain themselves with instant streaming. Similarly, it will be helpful for rural
areas to stay connected to the online world. The residents of these areas can turn their
traditional business to an online business. Such social service will make the life of
villagers easier and connected.
Corporate social responsibility has become one of the most popular trends in today s

It has been found that company s reputation is always built on its CSR programs
besides its services and products (Cheng, Ioannou, Serafeim, 2014). Therefore, most of
the companies start their CSR policies and share those to the world so that everyone
should be aware of the activities organized by the corporation for the

I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul. These wise words come from
the poem Invictus by William Earnest Henley. Basically, this means that you control your
fate, and that things don t happen by chance, they happen because of the choices you
make. You control where you go in life and how you treat others. In the film Invictus,
Nelson Mandela joins forces with the South Africarugby team in order to unite their
nation, which was still racially divided due to apartheid. This inspiring film develops the
theme that change is inspired by leaders who exhibit traits such as determination,
selflessness, and humility. Some of the characters who demonstrate those admirable traits
include Jason, Francois and Nelson Mandela.
Throughout the film Invictus, there were several leaders who demonstrated substantial
determination. For instance, Nelson Mandela was determined to unite the nation of
South Africa through rugby. South Africa was going to be hosting the Rugby World Cup
in one years time, and Mandela knew that winning the world cup would be the perfect
way to unite the nation. When he attended a Springboks game, Mandela could not
have been more supportive of the team. When he walked onto the field, he was getting
booed by many people in the crowd, yet he still smiled and waved to them. Before the
game, he shook every players hand and personally wished them good luck. When the
game was finished, he took some time to interact with the crowd. He was doing all he

William Butler Yeats was an Irish born poet and perhaps one of the most important
figures in the history of Ireland for the 20th century. He was a prominent figure in the
revival of the Irish literacy and in particular through his poetic theater he was able to
bring forth a new vision of Ireland. His play, Cathleen ni Houlihan, is an accurate

As described in, The Journal s article on Cathleen ni Houlihan, Yeats led a colonization
in reverse . What Yeats wanted to accomplish was to eliminate the presence of the British
in Ireland. William Butler Yeatswas born as a wealthy protestant, a minority group in the
country. Even though he did not speak Gaelic he wanted to connect with the people of
his country and did not want to associate with the British culture. According to
Encyclopedia Britannica, Yeats thought that literature and poetry was a way to fill the
political void left by the death of Irish political leader Charles Stewart. Through the years,
Yeats rolled out various numbers of plays and poems with the most important one
perhaps being Cathleen ni Houlihan.
Cathleen ni Houlihan, showcased the desire for Ireland to break free from the English.

21. Jane Eyre Feminist Essay
As a young adult, Jane is unlike her peers in that she is uninterested in searching for a
husband. Instead, she busies herself with her education and eventually her career. At
Lowood Institution, Jane is a good student, generally interested by school and eager to
learn. Even before her arrival at Lowood, Jane finds that reading is a form of escapism
available to her during her most unpleasant moments at Gateshead. Furthermore, after her
time a Lowood, Jane makes the decision for herself (another feminist ideal) to become a
governess, eventually guiding her towards Thornfield and her inevitable romance with
its master. The decision for Jane to leave Lowood was very rebellious and strong willed,

82), demonstrating that she is concerned with how she is to be perceived. Moreover,
from chapters 13 18, the first few paragraphs each revolve around Mr. Rochester,
leading many to claim that Jane had become too focused on marriage and had lost her
feminist will. Bronte was further critiqued for how Jane reacted to Mr. Rochester s
proposal, after their near wedding, that Jane should become his mistress.
Unsurprisingly, Jane immediately refused, but claimed that it was because she was
unhappy with how society would perceive her should she become a mistress, a
decision which put pride before her own happiness. It could be argued, however, that
Jane was merely unhappy with the idea of being a mistress for her own reasons and
simply chose to console Mr. Rochester with her diplomatic response. If this is in fact
the case, readers may wonder why Jane felt compelled to spare Mr. Rochester s
emotions when he so clearly betrayed and misused her.
While Jane Eyre is a novel that is composed of many different themes and elements, the
story principally revolves around the romance between Mr. Rochester and Jane. Although
romance novels were very common during the 19th century, Bronte s novel differed by
incorporating issues into the romance that relate to the
22. Precambrian Era Essay
The Precambrian is the name given for the first super eon of Earth s history (Mary
Bagley, Accessed: 20th Aug 2016). This era itself has been recorded to be about seven
eighths of the entire earth s history. This era stretches across from 4 Billion years ago
up until only 543 Million years ago (Mya) which shows how large and substantial this
era was.
Precambrian itself refers to the time before the Cambrian period. It also refers to the
entire period of time before the formation of the oldest rocks with recognisable fossils.
Lately, however, it has been seen that some hard to distinguish fossils from in the
Precambrian times have been found. The Precambrian Era can be split into three eras:

Life on earth began in the early Archean and fossilized organisms became far more
abundant through the entirety of the Precambrian time.
Three billion years ago there was no traces of oxygen in the atmosphere, this caused no
life to be able to live on earth. At around 2.4 billion years, oxygen was beginning to be
released in the oceans as photosynthesis began in cyanobacteria. This process caused
the gas levels to slowly grow and eventually made up 1% of the earth s atmosphere at
around 2 Bya. By 800 Mya, oxygen levels reached around 20% which let organisms to
slowly breathe to life. This spike in oxygen also caused the earth s surface to be shielded
from solar radiation. This was the start of the first unicellular organisms.
The first multicelled animals started appearing in the records of fossils around 600
million years ago. Fossils found at this time were known as Ediacarans and showed a
very important time of evolution for earth. Ediacara fauna was specifically named after
the Ediacara hills in South Australia in which they were discovered in the early 1900 s.
These organisms even predate the explosion of life forms at the beginning of the
Cambrian
23. The Bicycle Thief Essay example
amp;#9;Another fine example of neorealism is The Bicycle Thief (1948), written by
Cesare Zavattini and directed by Vittorio De Sica. The narrative of this film unfolds in
post W.W.II times. The film is a portrait of the post war Italian disadvantaged class (the
majority) in their search for self respect. It is a time of struggle for the Italian people,
amplified by a shortage of employment and lack of social services. In the first scenes of
the film, these conditions are evident as Antonio Ricci (Lamberto Maggiorami) meets his
spouse Maria (Lianalla Carell) on his way back home. We see the quot;men quot; arguing
at the employment quot;office quot; as the quot;women quot; argue about the shortage of

amp;#9;Self respect and all the related values such as pride, dignity, modesty and honor
are very important in Italian society. Witness Bruno, whom at a young age, works full
time at a gas station. Bruno s contributions to the Ricci family make him a quot;man
quot; and strip him of his innocence. Being able to work is an optimistic endeavor which
Bruno wholeheartedly engages in.
amp;nbsp;
amp;#9;The tragedy is not Antonio s previous two years of unemployment it is that he
has no future in his new job, due to the theft of his bike. Antonio must face this tragedy
with no public support other than his friend Baiocco. Baiocco s willingness to help with
his friends and his optimistic response to Maria constitute another case of human
optimism. This form of optimism pervades the film with Antonio s perseverance and
determination to find the stolen bike. These events stimulate the viewer s mind to think
of solutions related to Antonio s situation, perhaps to try to solve problems of post war
Italy such as crime, famine, health issues, living condition, etc.; ills that have affected
society then and now around the globe.
amp;#9;Antonio s frustration of missing the thief for a second time fuels the
hopelessness in continuing his search. He attempts to forget his predicament by treating
himself and his son to a meal and a liter of wine.
The restaurant scene reflects the Italian Sunday tradition, as the more affluent families

The Way to Rainy Mountain was written by N. Scott Momaday. N. Scott has spent his
life telling the tales and history of his people. Therefore, this essay is about his people,
the Kiowas, and the journey his Grandmother embarked on she was younger. His
Grandmother had passed, therefore, he was returning to Rainy Mountain to visit her
grave. His grandmother, Aho, lived in a time when the U.S. Cavalry compelled them out
of their lands. In addition, they were unable to concede in their traditions. The Kiowas
migrated from North America to the southern and eastward plains. They gained horses,
Tai me, the sacred Sun Dance Doll, a symbol of their worship and therefore courage and
pride. In that time they evolved into fighters, thieves and hunters.
25. Money Can t Buy Happiness
It is often said that, Money can t buy happiness. In Cass R. Sunstein s Yes, Money Can
Make You Happy, Sunstein provides a summary and review of Elizabeth Dunn and
Michael Norton s Happy Money: The Science of Happier Spending; he declares that
money, when spent wisely and with the right attitude, can provide the most elusive of all
human experiences: happiness. In a changing social climate with advances in technology
offering unmatched convenience, and a culture in which diverse people with equally
diverse sets of values come together, the study of what truly makes us happy is
especially relevant now more than ever. While money can certainly be spent in a manner
which will create happiness, what Sunstein neglects to address in his writing is that more
money does not always equate to more happiness, regardless of how and when it is spent.
In Sunstein s first argument, he asserts that an experience, such as a vacation, provides a
lasting memory which can be reflected upon for years to come; whereas a purchase,
such as a new car, evokes a temporary happiness to which we become desensitized very
quickly. Secondly, he contends that using money to create special treats, combined with
a third argument of delaying gratification, will create an anticipation of the future that
allows us to be happier in the present. Further, Sunstein insists that spending money to
buy time used to spend with friends a family will enhance our abilities to be happier;
lastly, that the act of spending

Comprehending scriptures literally can be easily achieved by anyone, however, it is
also important for people to understand the scriptures morally and allegorically because
faith influence our behavior, morals, and lifestyle. Jewish scriptures are divided into

Are there any versions of behaviourism that should be considered anything more than
a(n) historical curiosity? Are any versions of behaviourism preferable to some other
versions?
Radical behaviorism is a philosophy developed by B.F. Skinner that underlies the
experimental analysis of behavior approach to psychology. He writes:
As discussed throughout this book, radical behaviorism is interested in providing
comprehensive explanatory statements about the cause s of anyone s behavior. ... By
virtue of its fundamental concern with verbal behavior and knowledge claims, radical
behaviorism is in a unique position: It is based on the science for which it stands as a
foundation. Importantly, then, radical behaviorism admits no discontinuity ... Show more

this by suggesting that Grace understands, wants and believes the conditions attached to
her, the statement, and the apple. She will reply yes after being offered an apple, but

provides Hot Fire with the opportunity to make national as well as international

promotional items such as business magnets will be needed. Hot Fire has the
advantage of having a small product that will not have to be shipped ahead of time.

to have their last sessions together about the importance of life and what is in it.
Morrie has lost the use of his legs by now and uses his hands and arms to explain
everything. Mitch gradually starts to open up to Morrie and is more comfortable
about being around him. The first television special they had on Morrie was so
popular that another special was recorded about the development of the disease. Morrie
eventually loses the ability to eat normal foods and the ability to move his hand. Mitch
had recorded the sessions every Tuesday and on one special Tuesday Morrie asks to meet

31. Descriptive Essay About My Neighborhood
In between the busy streets of 35th avenue and 43rd lies my silent and kind
neighborhood. Where everyone is nice to each other and not lousy or mean. About
two months ago, my mother bought our first home. My house looks like a duplex
because there are two entrances, one on the left and right and it also has two drive
ways. Turning into my neighborhood you right away see that it is a dead end street,
and has very few houses one each side of the road. There is not really anything that
grabs one s attention where I live, except a 2017 mustang that is parked next door, or
how many stray catsthere live here.. Other than that a true attention catcher is our
neighbors well kept yard. They have bushes along the driveway shaped into a
beautiful square. And colorful flowers in their neat front yard. Their grass is also much
greener than anyone else s. You can tell they care about their yard a lot because they
have a landscaper come every week. There are also two schools that are across the street,
a charter high school that is to the left of an elementary school. What I do like about my
neighborhood is that the streetsare very wide, wider than usual which gives everyone an
advantage. It was so convenient that we lived right across the street from an elementary
school. I thought to myself I have younger siblings that could go there! But they really
couldn t the school is only from 1st 5th grade and my sisters were just in 6th and 7th

But...
College campus food is the most important for students but overlooked and ignored by
the college campus. Lone Star College holds the key to obtain performing, and

When thinking of a desert, one would think of a large, dry, and sandy area like the
Sahara Desert. The Great Basin Desert is different because it is a cold desert. A cold
desert is completely different from the typical desert with average temperatures of 55 57
degrees Fahrenheit in summer, and in winter it averages around 4 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cold deserts will normally have much more water. Water is the lifeline of The Great

with the meaning no water from the ocean ever reaches this region (National Park
