Here in the United States our culture is fairly consistent. When one visits another
state there may be some differences in the way things are done, but definitely not
drastic differences in culture. While my team was in Costa Rica I felt as if I had

One of the challenges that the defense contractors are facing is that their employee

Frank O Gehry. Both great architects with creative designs that seem to incorporate
with their surroundings. Who contributed so much to our modern designs and
buildings that we still visit today. Both architects who came up with new ideas and
designs instead of the traditional like houses and buildings but added new concept to
what we see today. Frank Lloyd Wrightwas born in the year 1867, in Richland
Center, Wisconsin. Both an architect and writer, he is considered a genius of the
American architecture (Kaufmann 1). Wright went to the University of Wisconsin at
Madison for a few terms where he took engineering courses (Kaufmann 3). He
finally left Madison after a few years and found work with J.L. Silsbee, in

Introduction
The common law concept of vicarious liability is an element where an organisation
/company is responsible for the negligent acts that an employee does which the
employer represents contrasting to corrective justice where the role of the employer
is dependable on and not the actual fault. This area of law has experienced significant
developments. The courts have placed great value on the risks created by an
initiative in determining the extent of liability. I will further discuss whether the law
on vicarious liability is incoherent and unpredictable or not since there have been
many downfalls and inconsistency under tort law.

There are two main elements to establish in vicarious liability. Firstly there must be
an employment relationship and secondly, that there has been previously an act of
negligence during the course of employment (i.e. during the time when the
