This document discusses strategies for raising and upscaling partnerships with training hosts (TN takers) who have previously hosted AIESEC interns. It suggests identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships, such as by having TNs take interns for additional functions like fundraising or during different time periods. It also recommends analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data and alumni feedback to find leads for new partnerships or ways to strengthen current ones. The key is to invest in raising existing TNs through improved communication and addressing any issues, as this requires less effort than finding new partners. The goal is to improve AIESEC's performance towards its targets.
