  • 2. • Suggesting NGO that always took intern to teach kids English to take intern for fundraising and PR (new needs); • Suggesting school to take part in GCDP not only in autumn, but also in winter or to take more interns for the same issue after successful realization (more interns or more frequent partnership); •Analyzing GIP TN takers for opportunities to cooperate in GCDP as well. Re - Raising – raising TN takers that already took part in GCDP Upscaling – increasing or widening partnership that you has/had with TN taker. • Analyzing CRM; • Asking Alumni about GCDP cooperation etc.
  • 3. Resultingin Why are Re - raising and Upscaling Important? BecauseoflesstimeandeffortsoneneedstoinvesttoraiseTN comparingtonewsales–importantsourcetogetAIESEC2015. 25% +improvementinperformance! AIESEC currently AIESEC goal
  • 4. Use Servicing check list to get ReRA & UpSc possible
  • 5. Why is it important? Survey on finishing GCDP (on-line form or in-person meeting); Followup on the survey results (identify points for improvement, further needs of the company); Meeting with company for reraising (report on improvements made from AIESEC side, present profile of EPs we can provide); Ask for recommendation letter from intern and TN taker.
  • 6. Recommendation letter: written on TN taker’s official blank; has signature of author (and in most cases stamp of TN taker); contains brief description of internship and things TN liked about it. 
  • 7. In case TN taker didn’t like XP with AIESEC work on keeping partnership relations for further reraising
  • 8. How to keep partnership relations in case of previous bad XP with AIESEC? Show importance of TN taker for your entity : listen to its claims, show understanding and readiness to improve Make improvements on that and tell your TN taker about or explain/respresent scheme of work that will help to avoid similar situation Your task is to keep working with TN taker or at least it not to claim and make negative opinion on AIESEC among its network You may use special offers or discounts for such TN taker You may suggest some additional free activities interesting for TN taker (placement of TN taker info at AIESEC resources, participation in AIESEC events etc) TN taker & AIESEC reputation are top values Take into account costs for your entity
  • 9. Analyze CRM data of each TN taker and question list to find reserves for upscaling:
  • 10. Why is it important? Can we cooperate in another time period? Can TN taker have interns all the year? Does number of interns TN taker currently has is maximum it can use? Is it possible that school/NGO would cover more of its operations by AIESEC intern? make interns’ classes available for more ppl? Are there any other functions intern may fulfill? Or needs company would like to cover and AIESEC can help? (Study TN taker profile for this) What will help me to upscale this partnership (recommendation from other TN taker, discount, etc)
  • 11. Research and analysis • You have assumptions as to possible ways for upscaling; • You prepared for meeting with TN taker, you have questions to check your assumptions. •You have answers for TN taker possible questions Meeting • You ask about concrete ways for upscaling you found, for example: You usually take interns in summer would you like to work with them in winter as well? Now most schools ask us about teaching kids Spanish, I know your school also teach kids Spanish, may it be relevant for you to have such interns? • You ask TN taker general questions regarding ways for expanding partnership: Are there any other functions you would like to cover with AIESEC interns? Do you plan to expand activities AIESEC intern fulfills? (classes from AIESEC interns, number of NGO representatives having AIESEC intern)
