An EP manager is responsible for supporting expatriates (EPs) throughout their entire experience in the Global Career Development Program (GCDP). The EP manager's role includes preparing EPs for interviews and their assignments abroad, explaining program policies, checking in regularly with online meetings, addressing any issues that arise, and collecting feedback to improve the process. EP managers are expected to be patient and maintain contact with 1-6 EPs at a time, guiding them through the program from start to finish with the goal of ensuring a successful, satisfying experience for all participants.
