Strategies for both GCDP:
1. National Control Board
We change structure of our NCB in order to
a) Firefighting
We establish a channel through NCB with LC Quality Head the flow of following up
cases. You always can contact us by: ncb.moc@aiesec.net
b) Minimum Quality Promise creation
By analyzing detractor and promoter issues we are in the process of creation Minimum
Quality Promise

2. Quality check each week by using Report Designer:
We constantly check in MC weekly meetings our quality weekly progress.
3. Education
a) Autumn Regional Induction Conferences (RIC) x6 to 1500 new members and

b) National Leadership Transition Conference (NLTC) to 30 new LCPs

4. Quality Measurements KPI:
a) Rewarding system with Quality index
Winter NatCo 2014 Functional Award application: All X functional awards applicants must
include quality index in their application. And quality index is requested to change from
Askform (former quality assessment tool by AIESEC in Mainland of China) to
CustomerGauge.
In Summer NatCo 2014 beside exchange functions with quality KPI, we established quality
award to appreciate people that run successfully quality initiatives in their LC.
b) Compendium requirement
We put requirement Quality KPI as a requirement for the membership criteria for the
LC.
c) SONA analyzes
We put additional Quality KPI in the function SONA questions.
