Validate Stage Social Enterprise Assessment Enterprise name: ____Skills Tank_______________________ Assessed by: _Rohan Sandy (Founder) & Rachel Ricardo (GSBI Mentor)___________ Date: ___9/2/2014______ In order to say that a social enterprise has validated its business model and is ready to prepare to scale, the following milestones should be reached. Assess the enterprise’s progress towards these milestones by noting:  Status: Write “documented, “partially documented”, “in process”, “in plans”, etc. and provide any relevant detail  Priority item: Identify up to 5 priority milestones that are the most critical for the enterprise over the next 3-6 months  Strategic initiatives: For each priority item, list at least one strategic initiative to be implemented over the next 3-6 months Milestones Status Priority item (check up to 5) Strategic initiatives (list at least 1 for all characteristics marked as priority item) Impact Model Metrics provide proof that impact model has intended social impact Documented, but need to add retention rate and other long-term impact metrics Evidence that early adopters acknowledge beneficial value of product/service Partially documented. Need to systematize better Operations Model Proof that the cost/revenue structure works at the unit level Need help with this!
