Specifically, the enterprise will focus on developing monthly cash flow projections, updating its 2-year-old strategic plan through an stakeholder engagement process, exploring alternative payment options for its courses to increase accessibility, and constructing 3-year financial projections as part of its work in the GSBI program. While the enterprise has stable operations and a proven team in place, additional progress in these priority areas will help prepare it to scale its social impact.
