We started our semester with the main goal of establishing UNITY Roundtable with an updated
version of constitutions and bylaws. After a couple of weeks of receiving feedback from the UNITY

Through the semester, we came up with different long term goals such as creating a proposal for the
renovation of the three multicultural houses. To complete the research and plan we formed a
workgroup that will be chaired by Senator Carter. This working group is formed by three UNITY
Roundtable members and three Student Senators. They will research best practices from other
institutions and create a proposal that UNITY will vote on and present to the board of Trustees during
their spring gathering.
This semester was hard for students from marginalized communities, hence, most of UNITY s
organizations. Starting with the hate crime targeting two Latina students on campus. We reacted to this

Analyzing Erikson s Psychosocial Development Theory
Erikson was a theorist who focused on his theory for psychosocial development. The article

introspection with ethnographic research methods concerned with connections between community
and the self. Due to their unique nature, ethnographies are beneficial in enhancing cultural

Working on construction site is very physically demanding job and also very dangerous. There are

The Marshmallow Experiment was pioneered in the 1960s at the Stanford University daycare. It
introduces a connection between success in the future of young children by their ability to delay
gratification. This study has been operating for more than forty years and still more studies are being

effects of changing the reliability of a child s environment during the marshmallow experiment. When

For my observation, I was at Randolph Elementary in Ms. Heim s fifth grade class. I spent two and a
half hours, twice a week, for three weeks at Randolph. Throughout my time at Randolph, I was able to

troops to Boston to watch over the city. Some of the colonists thought that what the British was doing

The Lovely Bones is a 2002 novel by Alice Sebold about a teenage girl called Susie Salmon, a 14 year

from her own personal Heaven as her family and friends struggle to move on with their lives while she
comes to terms with her own death. We follow Susie Salmon throughout the story as she witnesses the
