Performance task is any learning activity a
assessment that asks students to perform to
demonstrate their knowledge , understanding
and proficiency.
Performance task are of many
types in which students learn and perform
the skills. It may be debate , speech etc.

BASED TASK
Performance based task is in which
students participate in performing
activities that are meaningful and
engaging.
The purpose of this kind of
learning to help students acquire
apply knowledge , practice , skills and
develop independent and collaborative
work habits.

 To capture students time and attention.
 To generate appropriate student
learning activities.
To help students interalize the
decispline standard.

is a performance “assessment tool”.
