• REPORTING WILL CONTRIBUTE TO COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION AMONGST TEACHERS
AND PARENTS. REPORTING OF STUDENTS TEST RESULTS SERVES A NUMBER OF PURPOSES.
• IT IS THE SCHOOL POLICY TO ISSUE TWO WRITTEN REPORTS PER YEAR TO THE PARENTS.
• INFORMATION PARENTS OF RESULTS IS AN IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ASSESSMENT FOR TWO
REASONS.
FIRST PARENTS NEED SOLID INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR CHILD LEARNING
PROGRESS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THEIR CHILD’S NEED ARE BEING
MET.
SECOND COMMUNICATING ASSESSMENT INFORMATION TO PARENTS ALSO PROVIDES
A GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP OPPORTUNITY AND HELP TO BUILD SUPPORT FOR
EFFECTIVE SCHOOL PROGRAM.

• RECOGNISE INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT AND

• CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE MEANING OF TEST SCORE.
• OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT TEST SCORES OR
TESTING PROCEDURE.
PURPOSEOF REPORTING
1. TO RECOGNIZE, ACKNOWLEDGE AND GIVE CREDIT FOR WHAT STUDENTS HAVE
ACHIEVED.
2. REPORTING RESULTS CONTRIBUTE TO STUDENTS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND
PROGRESS.
3. TO ASSIST SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM TO IDENTIFYING THE
POTENTIAL OF THEIR STUDENTS.
4 . BY KNOWING WHAT THE SCHOOL IS ATTEMPTING TO DO, PARENTS ARE
BETTER ABLE TO COOPERATE WITH THE SCHOOL IN PROMOTING THEIR CHILD
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
5. INFORMATION OF THE TEST RESULTS, FAILURE AS WELL AS SPECIAL
PROBLEM ENABLE PARENTS TO GIVE THE EMOTIONAL SUPPORTS AND
ENCOURAGEMENT THEY NEED TO IMPROVE.

  • 3. REPORTING • REPORTING WILL CONTRIBUTE TO COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION AMONGST TEACHERS AND PARENTS. REPORTING OF STUDENTS TEST RESULTS SERVES A NUMBER OF PURPOSES. • IT IS THE SCHOOL POLICY TO ISSUE TWO WRITTEN REPORTS PER YEAR TO THE PARENTS. • INFORMATION PARENTS OF RESULTS IS AN IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ASSESSMENT FOR TWO REASONS.
  • 4. FIRST PARENTS NEED SOLID INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR CHILD LEARNING PROGRESS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THEIR CHILD’S NEED ARE BEING MET. SECOND COMMUNICATING ASSESSMENT INFORMATION TO PARENTS ALSO PROVIDES A GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP OPPORTUNITY AND HELP TO BUILD SUPPORT FOR EFFECTIVE SCHOOL PROGRAM.

  • 8. PURPOSEOF REPORTING 1. TO RECOGNIZE, ACKNOWLEDGE AND GIVE CREDIT FOR WHAT STUDENTS HAVE ACHIEVED. 2. REPORTING RESULTS CONTRIBUTE TO STUDENTS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESS. 3. TO ASSIST SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM TO IDENTIFYING THE POTENTIAL OF THEIR STUDENTS.
  • 9. 4 . BY KNOWING WHAT THE SCHOOL IS ATTEMPTING TO DO, PARENTS ARE BETTER ABLE TO COOPERATE WITH THE SCHOOL IN PROMOTING THEIR CHILD LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT. 5. INFORMATION OF THE TEST RESULTS, FAILURE AS WELL AS SPECIAL PROBLEM ENABLE PARENTS TO GIVE THE EMOTIONAL SUPPORTS AND ENCOURAGEMENT THEY NEED TO IMPROVE. 6. THROUGH REPORTING THE SCORE OF TEST PARENTS KNOWS ABOUT THE WEAKNESS AND STRENGTH OF THEIR CHILD AND REPORTING HELP THEM IN FURTHER EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL DECISIONS.
