given by Clarence A. Perry. 1872-1944

4. Neighborhood planning is a new way for
communities to decide the future of the places
where they live and work.
Neighborhood planning gives communities direct
power to develop a shared vision for their
neighborhood and shape the development and
growth of their local area. They are able to choose
where they want new homes, shops and offices to
be built, have their say on what those new buildings
should look like and what infrastructure should be
provided, and grant planning permission for the new
buildings they want to see go ahead.

The purpose of NHP is to create
safe,healthy,physical & environment in which
Children will have no traffic streets to cross on
their way to school which are within walking
distance from their home.
An environment in which women may have an
easy walk to shopping centers where they may get
the household goods.

Well equipped playground is located near house where
