This document describes a system that uses sensors and GSM technology to monitor and control water levels for irrigation purposes. The system uses a PIC microcontroller connected to water level, temperature, and moisture sensors. It can monitor levels, temperatures, and soil moisture in real-time. If parameters exceed thresholds, it sends alerts by SMS. It can automatically open and close dam shutters to control water flow based on sensor readings. The system aims to reduce water wastage and ensure efficient water use for irrigation based on seasonal needs.
